Well you don't know what's on the other songs. They'll probably need to be edited for explicit language, and probably for explicit lyrics. Do you think his other songs would be that much heavier with explicit language and explicit lyrics than what we have heard so far - which isn't really much at all? I really don't think so but that is JMHO. 8-) I don't think it'll be that much more explicit, maybe a few words here and there. But like Susie said, it doesn't take much. |

YAY! I've managed to read the whole thread so far today!
MISHA, gotta say thanks for answering my question yesterday about peeps outside the Atlanta venue! (and thanks to you and MAYUMI both for your recaps! I love to read the little details, and your pics with him were wonderful!)
Speaking of pics--UNF pic of Adam/Sauli cuddling is UNF!!! I kept wanting to see that pic from the OTHER side! Kinda looked like Adam was kissing Sauli's nose or something, lol.
Peeps at Cobalt were SO LUCKY to hear recorded versions of new songs. JEALOUS! Record that shit people!
And as for singing explicit versions live--I hope he changes Cuckoo line to:
WALK THAT WALK LIKE YA DON'T GIVE A TUCK!
I think that would be hilarious! ;D
ETA: I have missed SO many birthdays of people I love here--so at least have to say HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO MELLIEMOM and SMOKEY and BRIDGET and anyone else I missed! (can't remember all I've missed, but I know S + B had bdays recently!)

The only "clean" CD's I have ever seen for sale are through Wal-Mart and are manufactured specifically for them. The regular editions sold everywhere else just say "includes explicit lyrics" or something on the label. Don't know why anyone would want the Wal-Mart version though... i-Tunes has edited versions. And "fuck" is definitely a word that would get the explicit label. IKR!! I so would have turned my phone on and recorded it! Maybe she did and just doesn't want to leak it? Does anyone follow her on Twitter that could ask her? |

I never heard of a censored CD (which doesn't mean they don't exist, of course). I thought consoring is exclusive TV/radio territory. I know that Walmart will not carry explicit CD's. They only carry the edited versions. However, I don't think a CD would need to be edited for one word, and I don't think "ass" is really a word that would need to be edited, is it? I hardly think Adam's CD's would be labeled "explicit." I think that applies mostly to rap music in which every other word is an obscenity. ;D I made the mistake of getting Gaga's CD at Walmart.."I'm a free bit baby" just doesn't cut it. I bought several of FYE at Walmart, but may not this go around. |
