Condo is an apartment in a house with multiple units. All unites band together into an association to share the costs of the common parts, e.g. roof, stairwell, etc. While house hunting it was interesting how rarely something was described as just a "house"  Thank you lyris! So condo and apartment is the same thing? It can be a very similar type of living situation, but usually an apartment is what people rent, and a condo is something you buy. Short for condominium. |

So condo and apartment is the same thing? You buy a condo, You can rent your condo to others if you want to. you rent an apartment but don't own it. |

A few words to explain the vibe in the discussion. Satuhäät (Fairytale Wedding) seems to have casted very odd people which sometimes are entertaining but the last episode was presenting a couple that S&K were not able to laugh at, it was so shocking that you could just watch with your mouth open and wonder if it can be true. Another series Iholla (literally on your skin) where people report their lifes very honestly and close up, also made them serious in offering much to think about for those watching. |

If someone want to hear, I can tell you my story:
I saw Adam in AI. I thought "handsome man, absolutely a gay and what a beautiful voice". I didn't like all the songs he sang in AI, so it wasn't "love at the first sight" for me. I couldn't understand why it was so big news then he told he is a gay...
I saw Sauli in Big brother. Always thought "nice young man, always friendly and positive, never said a bad word of other people- and yes, absolutely a gay". But quite neutral feeling about him then.
About a year ago all changed. Adam and Sauli kissing in Helsinki. I was "WHAT,WHAT,WHAT"??? After that I´ve been highly addicted about them. I found Adam's music, interesting interviews, fantastic live concerts... WOW! I visit Adamtopia every single day. All of you are so positive and you make me happy. Thank you! I wanted to join you and be a part of your "gang"! Just berting (and hope every day that I can see a new, hot picture of kissing Adam and Sauli - something to live for, heh)!
