Wooo hooo! Had an unbelievable, wonderful and hilarious ATOP party at Mayumi and Rene's house. So full from the day-after breakfast (groaning happily).
We not only had the best company, we had the best food and games and of course - music without compare. Adam - we just love you!
Not so OT - here is the recipe some folks wanted. My wonderful one-of-a-kind mother-in-law gave it to me.
Virginia's Southern Blueberry Salad

1 6oz pkg raspberry gelatin
1 21 oz can blueberry pie filling
1 8 oz pkg cream cheese
1 C chopped nuts
1 C boiling water
1 81/4 oz crushed pineapple (drained)
1 C sour cream
1 1/2 C sugar
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water in a 2qt dish. Add blueberry pie filling and pineapple. Mix and chill until firm.
Combine cream cheese, sour cream, nuts and sugar. Spread over firm, chilled gelatin mix. Chill again. Serve and enjoy with food or as dessert.
Very simple and easy but oh-so-yummy. My family squabbles over the leftover bowl of the sour cream topping
