OK, I am working on the origin of Glambert -- and the associated fan name Glamberts. I know Glambert was in use in early April 2009 -- and maybe earlier. I am trying to find the oldest source for this Adam nickname. The AmericanIdol Glambert fan thread, which tracked and assigned Glambert #s, was started on Apr 23, 2009 - 12:42PM and the list was maintained by chaotica (Glambert #2). But did Perez really dub Adam Glambert? It is the earliest reference I can find online and it is the kind of thing he comes up with. Like he labeled Clay -- Gayken. If you know, let me know. I think I have chaotica's e-mail. I'll ask her if she remembers the origin. |
