Completely off topic, but venting for a sec....
OMG, what is with the 4-year old party circuit at my daughter's school??? Every kid invites every other kid and - I kid you not - every single parent shows up too. There are sixteen children in her class. That's almost **50** people and that's even before relatives and the neighborhood kids to boot. I'm just goggling at the logistics. And I can't even lie and do a super "seekrit" b-day b/c my daughter has happily been making her own invitations in art class and has been passing them out to her friends! I've already been asked by other parents about the date so they can put it on their calendars! Add that to the school's "no Shabbat (Fri/Sat) parties" request along with a slew of upcoming holidays and out-of-town committments and I'M ready to be committed! Plus the kid really doesn't need that many presents. We're already up to our ears in stuff.
In all honesty, can I really deny her a birthday party? She's been to all her friends' parties and she's super, super excited about having her own. Its not like we can't afford it or have a real excuse not to. I just don't wanna deal..... :-/

Lindajean139 Naw.....I think he meant the actress but another Ellen Paige uses Hugh Jackmans pic as her profile. Coincidence I guess lol Delete my question..........mys*&@^#r50 is ALWAYS two steps ahead of me! This answers my question, I thought that good looking guy looked familar : Two more days and you see Adam!!!!!!!!!! I am so excited you are going to be there!!!! I told Kevin that you and I are going to get tattoos in June. Well, maybe get tattoos, he is starting to get nervous again :D His first response was "Mom, I don't think that is a good idea. You know they are permanent!" I reassured him it was going to be small. Then he said why do I have to be the kid that is always looking out for you????????? Remembered he was afraid I going to meet a psycho when I told him we were going to meet up. Then it ends up he thinks you are awesome!!!!!!! He is worried Dad will be upset, I am so not telling my husband until it is over. Hubby's biggest concern will be making sure establishment is sterile He (hubby) is a freaking worry wart!

Now that I want to go get tattoos, he probably thinks I am LOONY again! Next time he says, "You know they are permanent." Tell him that's why now is perfect! Less years to live with it, if you don't like it! ;D

When my kids were that age not all the adults hung out. I'd be on the hunt for a party location.... bowling anyone? ;D ;D

Is it Thursday yet???????? There you are!!!! Finally got out of that hot tub, huh! Hot tub nights are a whole lot more fun now that the kids are gone and there is NO DRESS CODE. Having a 1/2 acre lot, 7 ft. tall fence has only gotten me into potential trouble once. A swim in the late, hot, Phoenix afternoon and the damn SkyFox helicopter started circling around over our pool , no more sunlight skinny dipping. They were probably there to watch our lab jumping off the diving board
