I just recieved the FAULT mag "balance due" e-mail. It came from "Orders Help Desk" - I almost deleted it as spam... so watch out for it. The balance with shipment to US came out to $21... I now have a credit card just sitting by my PC, so I can pay for Adam related "Stuff" as fast as I can type....without looking for a card... ;D ETA: what happened to my avi? what am I supposed to do? Mine came from "info" a couple of days ago - wonder why the difference? I made the deposit with PayPal but that option isn't available for the balance.  I guess I got lucky. Got the email today and I paid the balance payment through PayPal about 30 minutes ago. Came out to 13.00 GBP. Don't know how much that is though. Oh and the email is kinda sneaky, I almost deleted it too.  |

BTIKM is 84 bpm - puts in the ballad category. WWFM depending on the variation was 94-100 bpm putting it at mid tempo. haven't checked NCOE, but it comes across as a ballad. Dance music is at least 132 bpm. Someone (I think Q3) already posted the bpm for NCOE and while I don't remember the exact number it was over 132 bpm. The vocal line may sound slow because of the drawn out phrasing but the beat of the song is fast and that's what counts for dance music. It's a tricky thing. NCOE sounds slower if you are focusing on only the vocal line but if you are listening to the back beat it is pretty fast. Way late but.... NCOE is not a ballad -- it is mid-tempo track. Dance tracks are done at a wide range of tempos -- it is not about the tempo but the beat/structure. NCOE does not feel like a dance track to me but I can imagine a dance remix of it that would have me on my feet. |

On the video it seemed like Trespassing and Cuckoo got the most vocal response (during the re-vote) and yet Adam and Mr. DJ gave it to WWFM. It makes sense that casual fans would react to a title they are familiar with....as you said, too bad Adam didn't just ask everyone if they'd like to hear another new song. That said, he gave you NCOE and it was SPECTACULAR!! So yay!!
thrilled that you got to go....thanks again for having the presence of mind to observe and share your experience with us.

It was a nice for Bruno to tweet though, eh? I'm sure he'd like his song to be the next single, and there's a bit of self-promotion going on. But he's got a lot of fans and that's a great thing for Adam. |
