As Didilynn mentioned in her recap, Hoopla and I didn't get into the M&G at Now100.5. Actually, the M&G was not at the radio station, it was in a restaurant downtown. When we first arrived there were chairs on the stage for Adam and Tommy ... after everyone was seated I couldn't see the chairs, so I assumed they were off to the side where I couldn't see them from my position at the bar. Later I learned that Adam asked for the audience chairs to be moved closer to the stage, and then he sat on the edge of the stage, for a more intimate feel. Unfortunately, that put him below my line of sight. As you can see, there was lots of empty space at the back of the room, and I am sitting some 30 feet or so beyond the glass doors. I could have watched from outside the doors, but the radio folks wouldn't let us come any closer. An interesting side note ... the sound system in the bar area was too loud for us to hear what was going on inside, but at one point the sound system played WWFM.  |

Listening to Under Pressure with Queen and Bowie and fantasizing about a "guest" appearance at Knebworth show... well a girl can dream but it WOULD be fabulous.
