aspen COME ON GURL!!!HAHAHAHA!!! Really, thank you so so much for your kinds words.My contribution here is nothing among all these amazing people but i do what i can. You cannot imagine how grateful i am for this place.  Here's something special for you   Thank you Thank you. I like bright / white Adam. He looks so handsome in this photo shoot, especially, if I remember correctly, in a snarly picture. I wanted to comment on the list of attributes of Adam's fan base. No matter what I read or hear I am so proud to have been with him since Idol. When the comment is negative, it makes me laugh because anything negative is outweighed 100 times by the positive. It is like an uncontrollable compulsion to do what he asks and what will cast him in the best light. I never understood the concept before, but I do now. I was trying to come up with an analogy but everything I thought of kept sounding to Rev. Moony or Jim Jonesy. I'm confident you all know what I mean, though. About being nervous about his performance, I'm not. It's not like we have to worry about the sound stuttering when he is lip synching or him singing a sour note. I have my own vision of what I would like to see happen during the performance and that is to have the NOH8 picture of the Glamily as a backdrop and maybe even have them sitting in front row seats, all beaming and looking fabulously beautiful. There's more having to do with Sasha and Brooke dancing as Adam gives a little taste of the dance version, but it's only an hour show - I checked. |

... The next year, as we started planning my son's birthday party, his first question was "who shall we give the teddy bears to this year?" (Those went to firefighters to give to children at fire scenes as 2 children in our town had recently died in a fire) , loved this idea of teddy bears for charity, and your son sounds like a sweet sweet boy. Couple of years back, a local TV station here featured a story about a little boy who asked all his friends to come to his party with no gifts... just bring non-perishable items for the foodbank. Man! The kid made a wonderful haul, and got to deliver the loot the next day to the foodbank. My daughter started the same thing with her kids' bday parties. Her kids get regular presents from the immediate family members, but all their little friends bring foodbank items. Great idea!! |

It's still really nice because it means that as soon as the show lets everyone go we will hopefully get a flood of recap tweets. The audience has to do one of 2 things, let Idol hold your phone for you. But then you are in line, after the show, with hundreds of people getting their phones back. Or, leave it in the car, in the parking garage, that is about 1/4 mile away at The Grove. Since the show is live, there really won't be much to tweet that you all don't see at the same time we do, besides how wonderful he sounded live. I will try to get to my car as fast as possible though! Maybe I'll just call SusieFierce and then she can put everything on-line. It's funny, you all are anxious for tweets and I'll be anxious to get home so I can read all the flailing in the thread that night! LOL you know we'll take any scrap of info you have. But please don't feel any pressure to tweet tho, it's also JUST as awesome for you to hurry (safely) home and give us recap here which can be much more detailed! |
