RL story: Big sis has heard GNAFL sing Soaked, but only on her crappy portable cd player. Yesterday, I drove her to run some errands, since her car doors were all frozen shut (don't ask :  I always play my ipod in my truck, and it has really good speakers. The first song that came on when I "shook" it (I fluv this feature 'cause I never know what to expect--but, errmm, I digress) was Soaked. Well, you all prob know my reaction :-[ when I hear this song. Couldn't drive, so I turned the volume up to max, and we just sat there enveloped in awesomeness. When it ended, I turned to her for a reaction, but she was sobbing too hard to talk!! When she composed herself she looked at me and said, "That was the most beautiful voice I have ever heard!! Are you sure he is human?"  Me: "Well, errmm, there has been some speculation that he might not be." : |
