I understand what you are saying, esp. re: the first part of the song. Do we know if during GNT he lowered the key from the album version ( cassie??). If so, maybe he'll raise it a little? Just rambling here. But I'm confident however he changes it up, it will be unbelievable and people will be blown away - once again - not only by the voice but by the presentation of the performance. It's all good. Yes, the album version is a whole step higher than the live version. Do you like Adam's lowest register, or not? We were just discussing it at the vocal masterclass thread.
