Completely OT (well, sort of related to Sauli's post), we have a growing number of cool food trucks in Seattle (like LA and Portland), and this is one of the best ones. It was made out of an airstream trailer and is called "Minimus Maximus" -- or "Some Pig". I bet you can guess what they make! They opened today for the season, and I love the thing (for locals, it's downtown at 2nd and Pine).  |
