Ooooo! Has worked with 3 different producers and a couple of writer. Rock edge, upbeat, from the heart; both heart ache and heart full. Something universal. MY HEART"S GOOD. Okay, so I liked it. I didn't love at first listen, but I'm sure it's gonna grow on me. It actually is much better than I expected. The vocals are as upfront as remix would allow, I guess.

Haven't read any comments yet, wanted to add mine w/o bias!
Loved the beat of the song - very current - only song so far from Adam that fits that description IMO. I can totally see people dancing to it at a club - I will be adding it to be work out playlist (only Down the Rabbit Hole worked on it before). I want to go back and listen to his voice - don't think it was the absolute best on that song but compared to all the other danceable pop on the radio, his voice is the best and I loved that it was in the forefront on the song and wasn't overprocessed like I thought it would be.
And I loved his voice and his enthusiasm right before they played it!
So , in summary, WIN, WIN, WIN!!!!

Has to go back to journal entries to remember what heart break feel like?It means he's far removed from the time when his heart was broken and has to go read what he felt like in that space to retap into those feelings because he's in a good place so it's hard to bring those feelings up within himself. |
