The remix surprised me a lot. I listened to some of Billboard's other work and it was very, very synthy and electronica. This remix, not so much. I know NOT about music. Many here are more educated. I am also way back on the thread, so I appreciate your opinions. My impression was that the vocals were rerecorded. Very different notes and inflections. A bit of Alisan popped in ( maybe from FYE) but not much. His vocals..lordy be...MAGNIFICENT! Front and center, boi!! Bring on album 2...rock edge..heck ya! Loved the driving beat. Don't throw rocks, but, honestly, I did not care for the overall remix for two reasons. It was too long. That 'one day, one day' or whatever the heck it was that repeated ad infinitum got on my nerves. I still think it is genius and will absolutely buy it. Maybe I missed it, but I didn't hear Ryan jumping out of his seat either. Very subdued response. Is there a radio edit? I'd like to hear that. Anyway, I don't know squat about remixes..often don't care for them which is why I didn't buy Adam's remix EP.. (DID love Brad Walsh's work, tho). SO looking forward to his live appearance. Something is in the works and nothing is better than Adam live!!I am gonna go back and give the remix some more listens. I'd be more than happy to eat my words on my initial impressions. I hope the remix sells like hotcakes and I am the only frog in the pond who didn't do flip flops over it. I love that he did this for the Trevor Project. Love that man.  I'll hide now... |

OMG is Adam on crack today? LMAO. He is going buck wild here. Endearing but....odd. LOL. I am afraid with his constant calls to request at radio he is gonna send his legion of creys into a tizzy and they will bother the radio stations so bad they just go PFFFTTTTTT.
