After a dozen listens (hey, who's counting) found that the more I listened the more I likey. Agree with those who thought it starts a little slow. Funny though, after listening a couple of times, I didn't notice the slow start. I like it.

And this is one reason I haven't joined Twitter. I would be waaay worse than you! Is Diddy taped? Does no one else have the guts to perform live?? Not on the same show as Adam~ Yes, Diddy is also performing on Thursday, but I think it might be prerecorded. Oh, and for what it's worth, the slow intro is one of the things I really like about the remix. It gives this dancey song a sensitivity that reflects the nature of the charity. Then it builds from there. It is long but this is the way remixes for clubs are - LONG! Maybe there is a radio edit. I coul see a perfect place to end it and add in the actual ending right around the 3:30 mark |

Hell, even if Diddy performed "live" he's not "live." His lip syncing was so obvious on SNL.
The remix is too slow for me. Too slow to make me want to dance to or work out too. It's not bad but I just keep wanting to speed it up.
No big deal, I focus on hearing what Adam is going to do to the live performance and how it could possibly be different.

I'm reading though the thread with dancy Aftermath playing in the background. And I like it, I really do. Its absolutely perfect for the Trevor project and a perfectly servicable current dance song. However, I'm thinking that Adam <PLEASE> needs a couple really "hooky" songs for Adam #2, b/c he didn't seem to gravitate to them much in Adam #1. Aftermath has proven to be astonishingly versitile in Adam's hands, but earwormy its not IMO. Forgive me, but I almost hope he hangs a bit w/ Ke$ha during the writing process. That girl CANNOT sing or perform live, but damn she writes catchy tunes. Idiotic. But insanely catchy. I want a little of that to rub off on Adam. Late to the party. For a dance remix, I thought it was really slow. I didn't like that Alisan's voice is still in it. Also it's too long for radio. I like what they did electronically, but if it weren't Adam, I wouldn't give it a second listen . Just not hooky and nothing to draw you in.
I have been hearing Celo's FU a lot on the radio. It is so flipping catchy.
