Interesting - the guy with the deep voice Scotty has the most, Paul McDonald next , Casey is next. The girls are no t fairing as well. The wannabee Adam is not up there as thought. Ahh, you are right, I posted earlier that Paul has the most, I couldn't read my own handwriting! I am standing by my prediction - Scotty will win. Oh, just remembered to place the Aftermath request on my z100 station. Don't forget your local stations!

Should us die hard fans wait until tomorrow to buy "Aftermath"? We will buy anyway. This would allow casual idol traffic an opportunity to get through. I just hate for the site to crash and Adam miss out on potential sales. looking at the past experiences - the site will crush :(

(i know, off-topic, but wow - that's a scary level of fame - too much, too crazy. The article says he could be arrested if he goes to the balcony!)

ETA - Wow, he's really promoting the remix/AI appearance. He puts himself out there for others. Not so much for himself usually. Everyone wins with this one!

Aww, he's like a kid in a candy shop. He is finally tooting his own horn instead of promoting others all the time. I know he'll still promote others, it's just so nice to hear things from him directly. Looking forward to yet another version of Aftermath. I love the acoustic version the most. I am still luke warm on the remix. Get rid of the beginning and Alisan and then I'm on it.

Am I right that the Aftermath remix will be on iTunes "eventually," according to Adam? If so, I will probably wait for that.

So excited for tonight! It will be my first time ever watching Idol! I will most defiantly and proudly be watching @adamlambert ;D Read more: atop.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=daily&action=display&thread=82&page=9#ixzz1GDoVoesrAbout the merchandise, I agree with peeps comments. I think Adam doesn't have much, if any input into it (or awareness?), and therefore it's very different from that of indy bands who craft their own image and often leverage the talent among their friends. He may decide to be a bit more hands on, or the label might get someone else with a more contemporary aesthetic making these decisions sometime in the future, I hope. (Chamillionaire did mention in the Social Media summit that labels aren't experts in merchandise, and Adam has seemed to pick up a lot from that summit, so maybe?). Adam did say in an interview posted a day or two ago (that long one, talking about FYE right when it came out) that he provided a great deal of the visual direction for the FYE era - costumes, album cover, website graphic design (the galaxy/space themes). It may be that with era 2 he revamps some of these things. Honestly I have always liked this design direction, it just seems to be a little amateurly applied by the people carrying it out (I'm the sort to obsess about fonts and button design on websites, as this used to be my job). Hence the idea of a two fingered sparkly ring, or a Andy Warholish graphic-T which should work well, versus the execution : . (BTW I think choosing from a menu of low cost blank items does impact the quality/durability of a piece, but not the design--you can still make it look good). Just ran across this great site the other day which runs creative contests to encourage and gain exposure for up and coming young designers/musicians/artists. Queen is having a T-shirt design contest through them, Lady Gaga found a blogger, musicians are offering a chance to remix a track for them. It would be awesome if Adam could do something like this: www.talenthouse.com/creativewww.talenthouse.com/queen-anniversary-design-a-t-shirt?THSessionId=4mu40e7fu45sscuga1dlm8sia4 (the queen t-shirt contest)
