I haven't had a chance to listen to this weeks performances yet. Was Casey so bad he shoud be near the bottom of this list. I thought he was really good - the one that sang and played the bass, right? :-/

I don't think there was this much hoopla on the week that he mentored and performed. Geesh! Love how excited Adam was today! I interpreted his tweet "We should b less concerned w "trends" anyway... This movement is karmic & korrect!" to not be telling peeps to stop trending on twitter, but referring to the "trend" of having empowerment songs. Basically encouraging peeps to focus on the meaning of the songs, not that it's the done thing now. Quoting Rabbitrabbit & AFL above; Yes, there is more buzz, because it is for a reason; TheTrevorProject. I think that's the reason Adam has been actively promoting this appearence. Yes, it should not be because of a trend, a fashion thing, but because equal rights to love & live, without being scared or bullied because of who you are. I'm glad that there's a buzz, it's needed and it's about time. OK, I'm also glad that this buzz enables millions of people to see this impossibly beautiful man (& heart) to perform on TV, to hear his voice and maybe open their minds to him and to this cause. I won't be here WHILE HE'S PERFORMING, but before & after - where are we supposed to be? This thread? Btw - Dial Idol has not been accurate the last couple seasons. Doesn't count texts or on-line voting. However Scottie is so far ahead it's pretty apparent that he is truly in 1st place. I remember dialidol had Kris ahead of Adam for the final, so I was somewhat prepared for it..if I wasn't I think I may have had a stroke (exaggerating a little) |

I thought he was really good - the one that sang and played the bass, right? :-/ no he wasn't but he's 19 and looks 40 in a competition that sadly is based, at least partially, on the teenage girls and their moms voting for who they think is cute. Casey doesn't stand much of a chance up against Paul, Scott and Stefano. |
