I watched Idol last night and thought that Pia Toscana was very good.
I also noticed Adam's picture in the background when the show first comes on. I loved that part.

I'm on the zen team tonight.
Been zen for the last week and I'm not letting it slip away now.
The only thing that could have ruined my mood was something or someone preventing me from getting to a TV or livestream tonight.
I would have had to cut a bench!
Now that I am back among the civilized I'm fine.
Why worry about Adam tonight? This will be easy peasy for him. Like going home. He's among friends, on a stage that he owned for a season. He has Monte with him, and is singing a song that he wrote and is close to his heart.

That place is gonna go nuts when Ryan just mentions his name! Having his friends who co-wrote Aftermath in the audience has to be so special for him. |

I have butterflies in my stomach but I think it is excitement not nerves. I used to be a bundle of nerves on result night during season 8. I would much rather be nervous/excited for a performance where he comes back as a star than worry about elimination! I see it this way: 1) Adam is returning to the stage that he is "used to" as a superstar, as a local hero, over 1 MIL albums sold, over 3 MIl singles 2) Adam is returning as a Grammy Nominated Adam Lambert 3) Adam is returning with all kinds of Gold and Platinum certifications from around the world 4) Adam is getting the 25Mil-viewers-exposure. 5) Adam is promoting a great cause 6) Adam is plugging in the DVD of his SOLD OUT WORLDWIDE TOUR 7) Adam is doing acoustic performance = shows off his VOICE 8) Adam is returning with his HEART FULL  I see nothing that go wrong.
