I loved this performance. I felt Adam was sitting there, singing to people in a very personal way, looking at the audience and telling everyone they are not alone and be joyous in who they are as a person. Such a beautiful message of love and hope. And he looked so gorgeous. Steven Tyler in his prime never looked like our handsome hunk of a man Adam! I thought he sounded great...the audience loved him....and I could care less if Steven Tyler or any judge liked it. And I care nothing about what anyone says at MJ's. Adam is a beautiful man with an inspiring message and I think he's doing it perfectly!

I just watched the YT.. RL kept me from watching the live stream, for which I am happy now because of whatever wank there may have been. HE WAS NOT FLAT in the beginning of that song. I listed carefully several times. He was PERFECT! He look GORGEOUS!. He looked HAPPY!! I can't WAIT to see him on my TV tonight!!!! ^^^THIS. I just watched again. It was perfect subdued performance. He made sure he emphasized the message of the song. I am disappointed that they didn't give out the purchasing info, but as Q3 said, perhaps he couldn't.

I am really ticked....Look at the list of countries that AO WILL sell the aftermath remix to and look at what country is missing!!! NO CANADA...your biggest trading partner...next door neighbor.... just what kind of bf is that!!!!!!! >:( >:( >:( I second that emotion.

This was a very pretty and emotional version. Adam was really selling the lyrics. It was almost like he was talking to the folks that this remix will benefit and all of the rest of us too. This was important.

OK, Adam got a little squeeky. He does that sometimes when he's nervous or pumped up. It was not his best performance. But I love him and it was still very good, especially by the end. Maybe he was a little nervous performing in front of Steven? Or maybe I need to chill out and not pick it apart : He did a really great job.

He was amazing. He had more rock edge to it, different from what we heard and the end was brilliant!!!

I think the poster was referring to reading that the AMAs were a "train wreck" back in the day....no one has said it here or elsewhere about tonight.
And I thought he sounded GORGEOUS, beginning to end!
OT but I happen to know Diddy in RL - very interesting guy

I'm headed home now. I feel like I did after the AMA's. I just checked all the comments from the East coast - most of them said TRAIN WRECK so I didn't even watch. I couldn't sleep that night. Am I wrong? If you weren't a fan, what would you have thought? Where did you get those comments? The performance was great! A soft version of Aftermath - Go watch the youtubes you will see for yourself:
