Do you think Adam is at Coachella this weekend? Probably not. He was asked about Coachella and said he went once and it was way too crowded for him.

I would interpret that sentence as... for the recordings on his album, autotune was used. Well no surprise anyway about that, however, he must be feeling "vulnerable" about Underneath. I know for myself...I often couch my insecurities about something right up front... my defenses come into play...but it is on my terms. He implied the same for PUU when asked about the large carry over note... saying it was a recording trick. He wasn't going to lie. Although after that he just said it is tough to sing live. Eber has mentioned he liked that part of that song, and I found it strange he would say that unless he did not realize Adam has said it was "not all him"....or maybe he just LIKES that part, autotuned as it is. Albums are one thing.... a concert should be live vocals by the artist. Who cares about an off note when in the moment of an exciting energizing performance. I am not going to pay to listen to a lip sync artist. ADAM will never do lip service to his songs, only to his microphone.the PUU studio trick (a pretty obvious one, actually) was that phrases were glued together giving the impression they were sang in one breath. Nothing to do with pitch. It doesn't mean it was not all him. If he wanted to sing the song live he could simply take the breaths needed. That is exactly what I thought as well...I never thought for a second it wasn't Adam's voice just that they worked magic on ... to extend the sound. (no mention of me worried about pitch with Adam. I was was referring to any artist who sings live may not hit every note perfectly...but that does not detract from a truly entertaining concert or performance.

Someone just asked this in the Kimmel thread. Adam's and one other are the only 2 on the Kimmel site that are Outdoor Shows. All the ones that say Sold Out are indoor, limited seating. I imagine, they can fit as many as they want into the outdoor space. I have heard it is a parking lot behind the El Capitan Theatre. Ahh glad to hear I wasn't the only one wondering about this.. I wonder how many they can fit into the parking lot.. 1,000-2,000 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Why is YOU in PUU - U, but Y in CLYG and FYE? I'm guessing when naming the song Pick U Up was stylized with a "U" in it to make it "cooler" instead of of the general "You" as one would generally put.

aleksandrakvHere is a blast from the past and still one of my favorites. He is funky, jazzy, sexy, and cheeky all at the same time. I love where he pets the piano at 2:25, orders desert at 3:02, takes a sip of his drink and sets up for that final incredible run at 4:22; while conducting the piano player through out the whole performance. It is also a great example of how he sings with his whole body. Love it. Thanks for reminding me to watch it again. If anyone has any doubt that Adam has really long legs, chck out 3:30 of this video, when he just lifts one leg to get back on the piano! Oh, and I love these pants and all the "piano sitting!" ;D
