I expect we will get a tweet from both Adam and Bruno tomorrow. I don't think the label's primary concern is first week sales---it probably won't be much different than when BTIKM went to iTunes; just fans. This song will be getting A LOT of promo when the album drops; that's when RCA will be really looking at things. On a really great note, Adam is getting a lot of mention on Chicago KISS as a part of the Fantabuloso line-up. This is the most attention Adam has ever gotten from this station. Because they currently are playing NOTHING from him (basically, they played IIHY once a day for 3 or 4 weeks and then dropped it) I am expecting them to beginning spinning NCOE right away. Adam is the only performer in their radio concert who they aren't playing, so I honestly believe they are going to want to get NCOE on air soon. No real PR for NCOE,It doesn't make sense to me, a hit will sell the album.. It's a puzzlement ???Maybe It's written in the stars. Ya, can't figure out why it is going for sale first, before radio. Nothing RCA has done has made sense for this rollout. There was a tweet that said a station in Australia said it is being serviced to radio next week. ??? It needs to get on radio for the album and for his Idol appearance. ETA: Susie just mentioned something to me that makes sense. Perhaps there is a radio premiere planned this week. Either Ryan or Elvis would be perfect. Someone heard NCOE on the SIRIUS version of Elvis this morning, but it was not on his regular Z100 NYC show. |

Either RCA is really worried about illegal downloading, or they simply are not concerned with first week sales.
NCOE is going to get promo, it just might not be this week---Adam will be singing this song on (hopefully) a bunch of TV programs when the album drops. And maybe it is better to send the song to radio first with some big CHR stations jumping on it early; then in a month when the album is dropping the single promo kicks in.

I'm beside you guys every day. You all in my heart and my mind. I hold you close to me every single day. I'm very sorry I have not joining you lately, but was busy days in Adam land and I don't wont be on the way that is why I was quiet. I would never abandon you. So glad to hear you are okay!!!
