It took me over an hour to order NCOE on iTunes. First, ... Then, I finally bought it. Now I can't find it in my iTunes on my computer. I hate iTunes on the left side of the iTunes window there is a list of playlists; near the bottom it should have one named "Recently Added" ... you should be able to find it there ... then you can drag it to your favorite Adam playlist |

First, I couldn't remember my password, fail, reset Then, I couldn't remember my user id, fail, reset Then I couldn't find Adam Then, I had to sign in again Then, I had to find Adam's NCOE, again Then, I had to change my country. Then, I had to sign in again. Then, I had to find Adam's NCOE, again. Then, I finally bought it. Now I can't find it in my iTunes on my computer. I hate iTunes Did you try the search line on the top right (not in the store, in iTunes)? Just type Adam or never or something like that. |

At the time I pre-ordered, I ordered more than 1 item. But now that I upgraded, my order only shows this one item, and the others aren't even mentioned, and not included in the final cost. Did it happen to anyone else? Yes. The original order gets cancelled. |

I was just too embarrassed by the fail to say anything. If you had your iTunes folder already open, try clicking on a different folder and then go back and click on the iTunes folder again. |

I want Trespassing on vinyl sooooo bad!!! I just realized I have nothing to play vinyl on and I ordered it! Luckily hubby has kept our player all these years. He wanted to play an old record he'd kept one day just to see if the player still worked and it did. Hoping that Adam would release his music on vinyl, I was sooo happy. In fact, I told hubby that it would be a good idea to keep the player b/c I had read somewhere that vinyl records were coming back. Hee, hee |
