I love meatloaf, his voice really takes me over the edge in a good way.. He loves Adam's voice and always says so. I wish more artists gave fellow singers shout outs like Adam does.. many of us have found new singers because of Adam recommending them via a tweet. I love him too, Bat out of hell Oh yeah. And what a mean song: i want you i need you but aint no way im ever gonna love you I know, it's a great song , there is no one like Meat Loaf .. Great dramatics with great vocals. He is so wonderfully OTT rock n roll and everything in between. I read an article about him, a long while back talked about all his trials and self doubt. He never fit the mold type of thing,I think he really gets an artist like Adam.

Urban Dictionary www.urbandictionary.com/names.php?names=EddieEddie comes from the word Edward, Eduardo, Edwardo, Edwin. But there are the lucky few who only have the name Eddie. Usually referred to as a guys name. Eddie's are usually very nice, pretty attractive, love sex, love making people laugh, very smart and usually strive for the hardest things in life. They are the perfect guys to date and have an insane amount of friends.
Becky: OMG guess who I went on a date with last night!! Sue: Who?!?!? Becky: Eddie!! Sue: LUCKYYY Eddie A cool guy in every way.
The kind of guy who makes you laugh and keeps you laughing.
A pal for life, a guy who you can trust and have fun with at all times. i just want to have fun, i best call Eddie Eddie Male term for "Betty". Someone who is attractive, sexy, with tremendous sex appeal. Physical appearance can only be described as "HOT LIKE FIRE!" Uncontrollable vaginal dripping and extreme urge to perform fellatio may occur when confronted with this type of individual. My legs gave out and I fell to my knees with anticipation when I saw that he was an Eddie.
On a scale of Eddie to 10, how hot is he?

I make a point of visiting my local Walmart(s) music sections looking for the cd which shall remain unnamed. The last few times the GNT CD has been right in front of the "L" section so either people are fingering through looking for FYE OR I have another Glambert in my midst doing the same recon work -- either scenario works for me!

OMG -- say "Ma'am" to a Northerner and watch the indignation spew forth -- it is taught as a form or respect here in the South and causes great confusion when one is chastised for using it. Laughable how our cultural differences can be misinterpreted. Really?! People are offended by ma'am? Are men in the North offended by "sir"? How do store clerks, etc. address people? As in "Ma'am, can I help you find anything today?" If the word ma'am were outlawed, I picture the whole great works of retailing in the South just slowly ... shutting ... down ...

"Shady" definitely recalls "Free Your Mind," for me, too.
"Eddie," I think.
"Sweetest dreams," not "trees," IMO. No opinion yet on "seeds"/"scenes"/?
And this part of "Broken English": "Can't say all the little things that I wanna tell you right now, I know you won't understand but I gotta tell you somehow" brings George Michael's "Father Figure" to my mind.

While Walmart is the biggest retailer, that does not mean that CD purchases are dominated by them, but they are the second largest with around 14 % (2009).
If Walmart would be the only chart where album presales were looking strong, it would not mean that much, but the way it is, the album presales is strong everywhere. On Amazon, where pre-sales have been going on for weeks the number has naturally declined somewhat, but on all others he is ranking pretty high.
Furthermore: Walmart is strongest in rural and conservative parts of the US, and not in urban east and west coast. They are the retailer or the "fly-over-USA". Not classic Adam Lambert market.
The most important part of such info is that it flies into the face of all those that want to see Adam only as a niche market player (whatever that niche market that may be: idol worshipers, gays, older females, clubkids; the selection of suggested niches for Adam has always been diverse to say the least). Idol worshipers may be Walmart shoppers, but that may be about it.
The biggest issue I see at the moment is that NCOE actually gets lost in the shuffle and that might be ultimately a good problem to have, because if people read about NCOE and right away decide to go for the album, then that can only be a plus for Adam and RCA.
But the core fan base has now completed their NCOE downloads and the rest of America has not yet heard a thing about that new single and therefore cannot even decide to download, the single will start dipping back down and then needs to crawl its way up the billboards without any help from the fanbase, who is done this week.
So, I do not exactly understand that timing.
But obviously, album sales are good, so no complaints there.
