Slightly OT, but not completely. TrevorProject: Preview Daniel Radcliffe's interview with @katiecouric for the @cbssunday morning news: bit.ly/DRcbsnewsDaniel Radcliffe is another person who, like Adam, I have adored since first laying eyes on him. I can only describe it as visceral. I was a huge fan of the Harry Potter books before the movies started and followed the casting process very closely. I knew they were having a tough time finding Harry and then in this moment of pure serendipity, they found him and there has never been a time (particularly when he was very young) that I didn't look at him and think to myself, "God, I love that kid! I don't know what it is exactly, but I just adore him." The smile, the eyes, charisma and utter lack of guile are a HUGE part of it, of course. The same is true for Adam, which I think lends itself to the Gawker piece. They are both so unabashedly joyous and emotional and open. Cut to years later and Radcliffe has become such an articulate, sensitive man. He is so quick-witted, humble and charismatic in interviews as well. Love that he is so deeply committed to the Trevor Project. The most fun in the world to me has been watching the Harry Potter kids grow up. It's so cool that they've managed to keep the same cast--even among the bit players--from childhood through young adulthood. And they all developed into fine actors. Radcliffe is smart and funny, and I'm pleased to hear that he's involved with the Trevor Project.

[smiles] Don't panic. The episode where they cut down the semi-finalist to the finalists is always one of the biggest episodes of the season (as it should be). Idol won its slot *big-time*, increased the desired demographics, and was up compared to last year. Plus, last week had zero competition. Everything against it was in repeats. This week The Big Bang Theory came back. Good points. And as I read further over there I saw a few level-headed posters were saying the same. Never react to a headline without reading the entire thing is now my motto - for the time being anyway. I'm going to admit here that I'm getting Adam-ed out a little. My eyes are feeling like (as we used to say years ago) two piss pee holes in the snow. Maybe like the 71-yr old Annette I need a break. Although NOT a Lenten break!! And my break will last til tomorrow morning. That's it. One more comment before I leave - The Idol appearance has been so fabulous for Adam and for us and for The Trevor Project. The wonderful reviews (with just a couple of cranky-asses thrown in for good measure) of the performance and the lovely things said about Adam the man have sweetened and brightened the last 2 days. The man just makes me happy! :D I hope we make him happy too. I think we do.

OK, now I know I've really lost it! Loved this video - and especially loved watching Adam chew gum, for heaven's sakes!!! I'm clearly a lost cause where Adam is concerned!! I puzzled for a long time about Adam and the gum, but as I listened to so many people mention that even his breath smells good, as they crowd into him, talking and kissing, it all made sense. For the record, I'm #teamdontchewgum Me too, usually, Aspen - I spent a lot of time when my kids were growing up telling them not to chew gum! But my usual rules seem to go out the window where Adam is concerned!! ;D

Does anyone know if buying Aftermath off iTunes even benefits @trevorproject? I don't think so. That's why there was a delay and AO had it earlier (for some). I just got mine from ITunes Canada. Sure sounds good on bigger speakers.

But that's just the person who brought it over to Twitlonger... The "author" is Jodi Jill (if that's even a real name). aspenYes i was just wanted to say this. Squirrely is BSC Adam fan. She did the twitlonger so the person who wrote the article doesnt get hits I'm much too quick on the draw and not observant enough. My apologies to Squirrely007. I am very laid back, but have a hair trigger on 2 subjects, Adam and traffic. I seem incapable of being mellow about either, but I'll try.

Is it that obvious??ETA: Ok - I didn't really bother with an exact breakeven, its really just projected income vs expenses, but check it out anyways will ya' ?

It's easy to do when we're scanning things all the time. It happens on Twitter a lot when you RT something and someone then thinks you said that and they react and you don't know what they're reacting too .... *sigh* I find I'm often going so fast at my job that I read emails at a glance. The other day I was responding to someone saying, "You left out the most important information ..." but before I hit Send, I thought, "Maybe I better reread that, just in case ..." Thank god I did, because she HAD included exactly what I was going to ask her for. : : I just wanted to make sure everyone knew Squirrely is definitely one of us. And chalk me up to the #adamdefiesmypetpeeves club. I am NOT a gum person. I rarely chew it. I'm not squeamish at all, but when people stick gum in public places it squicks me out. And someone chewing gum in an interview? but Adam managed to pull that off. (Well, at least not grate my last nerve with it.) But if I was his PR agent, I would say, "PLEASE, do NOT chew gum in an interview, please!"
