Okay 40,000 x $28 (base price, some higher)=$1.12 million for a nights work. Not bad Hmm..How popular is Adam/Queen in Poland? Would they/he be able to fill that? I know Russia is around 26,000 and the tickets are way higher, but I think they're more popular in Russia, and even though sales are going strong, after 2 months it's still not filled...hmm... Well maybe, with the super cheap price, it will get sold...just being angsty for nothing I suppose... Isn't that Poland gig another Rock Festival? There will be other acts on the bill. |

Practically every interview there is a reference to Bowie. I learned something interesting yesterday after reading about Davey Jones of the Monkees in Rolling Stone Magazine. At the time the Monkees were becoming very popular as the manufactured TV band, there was a struggling singer and songwriter who had the same name, so he had to change his name. He changed it to Bowie.
