Wow-- I am so glad I ordered the box set of Trespassing after seeing the latest photo! Those are definitely going on the wall.
I just finished reading yesterday's post, and it was interesting to hear everyone's thoughts and feelings. I met with an insurance agent today and mentioned our fandom and board (in context of my upcoming trip to Burning Man with our group from atop) -- he didn't think I was completely crazy -- especially when I said that our site is like the intelligent fan forum and not just flailing (well, I wasn't competely forthright there!). He thought it sounded interesting! HAAA!
Boy, watching that idol video made me go and watch the EMA's again to clean my brain out. That young girl Jessica was the best--and that's not really saying too much. Queen's songs are not easy and I think lots of folks underestimate them. Elton John's older music is the same way.

I havent heard It Will Rain yet but I enjoyed the lazy song and its vid. It was one of those "whistly" songs like "dont worry be happy". Im now imagining Adam doing a video in the rain - seriously he would make it loko so sensuous and emotionally alive all at once. |
