The revelation: Broken English is EPIC. It surprised me, it sucked me in, it floored me. It's moody, sexy, seductive, goth rock, oriental at times, the egyptian moves and all, Ring of Fire meets Broken Open... He emphasizes SHHHHHHH on 'English' once... it felt like a little nod to Sauli, whom the song is about, I bet he shushes on SHs that way... Bad snippets, bad, for hiding this gem from me.
Here's another one: I THOUGHT I liked his tight, laced pants best. But, it appears those damn laces were actually hiding the glorious, royal bump, aka the (glam)bulge. In the second era, we can obviously get the formidable definition of his neverending thighs AND the cosmic centre where they meet ALL IN ONE. My world is not heliocentric, people, not any more!
Thank you
NoAngel for that spectacular recap! It made me feel as if I'd been there. If that had been the case, I would have written exactly the same thing, probably.
A+++++++ for Adam's look ( he redefines perfection) , Adam's voice ( cherubic), his stage presence ( omnipotent)...Naked Love- the bridge ( omg, so unexpected and awesome!!!), back up singers ( both for their singing and dancing) and Brian and Ashley ( I find her very beautiful, great addition to the band), lol at Tommy's hair ( what colour is THAT?!?!)... and the JOY on everyone's faces.
A friend tweeted me NCOE and I watched it in the toilet at work, not hearing much since I kept flushing so that no one could hear me. Desperate times call for desperate measures. Glambert on the cover.
And now I'm home... the lunch needs to be made, the dust dusted ( ???), the flat tidied up, the plants watered, friends called... but I don't care, I don't... I've watched the videos five times each before posting and now I'm off for another round... there are all those bits and pieces to be savoured, analyzed, deconstructed and stored to the memory...
The audience was great. I did expect more people, though. A thousand? I mean, they kept selling the tickets in rounds and I thought... nevermind. Maybe it's the case on all JK Shows. Much more people on his shows is what I would like for Adam.
