So my guess is NCOE video director must be Melina Matsoukas ( she did Rihanna's, Beyonce's, JLo's..). I'm going with her, of all PrettyBird's directors.... according to her twitter she's in Rio twitter.com/#!/melinamatsoukas but maybe she'll be back? Omg, ninjas are in full operative mode!!! of course, right when I will be on amplane flying to NYC for my son's graduation. Sheesh! Right when I will be moving my daughter out of her dorm room and headed back home for the summer! That whole Thursday will be packed full! :( During the performance of my daughter's play...I missed his last two GNT concerts in LA 'cuz of her play...why did I ever encourage her to get involved in theater???  |

Someone asked about this earlier in the thread and I think it short circuited my brain and I forgot to answer. This is Adam's interpretation of "Cocked and ready to go." And he really did this, it is not an effect!  |
