Drive by post. Watching The Voice Australia and totally puzzled why judges keep pairing best singers against each other in the battle rounds. But mostly watching it reminds me why I love Adam's singing and it comes down to fact he can "sang" loud and long and strong without shouting ...

She was very well marketed this time around and from what I saw when I saw her live, very young children (7-9 and Tweens) LOVE her. She also seems to evoke little ire from people for the most part. People love her, but rarely does it seem like a large number hate her (unlike say Gaga and Beiber). It is an amazing feat with that album, like Adele's - who is still buying the singles when the album sold so well? And, of course, radio spins the living crap out of every single song the minute it is released. So what Im hearing you say is the tween market - its big - and then there isnt the "hate" . She's middle of the road or naturally mainstream if you like. Good points!

IMHO, Katy Perry is all about teenage /love/angst/fun.. The songs are catchy, fun, singable and light.I love some of her songs they are just carefree danceable and delicious. I think she's starting to break away from this to become a more ADULT song singer. It may work, will see. I also love her because she has always supported Adam, from Idol on. That is huge in my book. I hear you! I actually think she is a lot better singer than her songs. So I like to listen to her, even though don't like the music that much. Like I don't really care what Adam is singing, as long as he is singing

I am at complete and utter loss. What's a drone? I have to get to work and someone has probably answered you by now but one of the first thing that came to my mind from the video shoot description was this 1984 Apple commercial that was shot for the Super Bowl. It's a classic with a futuristic "Big Brother is Watching" vibe as opposed to post-apocalyptic but you really get the people are drones concept. It was only shone that once but it made a lasting impact on marketing. Hopefully Adam's video will make a lasting impact on Pop.

*yawn* Up early for an early flight ... "Teenage Dream" had six singles released and seven if you count "Part of Me," which was from re-release. Here's Wiki entry: "In January 2012, it was announced that Teenage Dream would be re-released, under the title Teenage Dream: The Complete Confection.[14] The Complete Confection is slated for a March 2012 release. The first single was released from The Complete Confection so far. The lead (seventh overall) single, "Part of Me", was a worldwide success, reaching number one in the United States. In the United States, the song became the twentieth song in the Billboard Hot 100's history to debut at number one and the sixth #1 from the Teenage Dream era." en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Teenage_Dream_(Katy_Perry_album)I have to say I dont get the mega-attraction of Katy Perry. She's very pretty, appears nice and her songs are poppy. But what is it? I have a soft spot for Katy Perry because she was a friend of Adam's even before he appeared on American Idol. Katy Perry performed during his American Idol season on May 13, 2009 on the Top 3 results show. She sang "Waking Up In Vegas" and wore a sort of Elvis costume with a cape that had Adam's name embroidered on the back.

Maybe Nica or January Snow knows this guy? He mentioned Adam in his interview www.rg.ru/2012/04/26/kirkorov-poln.htmlFILIPP KIRKOROV @fkirkorov Russian Singer,Pop Star,Actor,Producer . Russia, Moscow · kirkorov.ruGoogle Translation (Russian to English) Q= Still may I suggest you continue the conversation while ragged. Because instead of his colleagues, I can say in response that you have, for example, sang songs in Russian Tarkan, and Dana International, and others. A= Only after my remakes in this country know who the Tarkan and Dana International. I did the song no one has stolen: collaborated with the authors, the performers, we will disburse the companies copyrights. The above artists were guests of my show. So no one on the sly, behind did, as it served as a journalist in a pink blouse. Injustice - that's what I was angry. The whole world is singing songs to each other. Liza Minnelli performs My way Frank Sinatra, Madonna sings Fever from the repertoire of Elvis Presley. George Michael to echo Freddie Mercury - everything is fine. Adam Lambert, the star's number one in America today, is lead singer of Queen and comes to us in Russia. We toured Engelbert Humperdinck - he sings the songs of Elvis Presley, Frank Sinatra, Julio Iglesias - and all is well. If I gave the Russian life of a song that was not known in our country, nothing wrong with that. Unfortunately, the Russian composers shortage of good tunes. And I like that little of what they write. With rare exception. For example, a song by Iryna Bilyk "Snow", Andrew Alexina "Just give me one look," Ira Dubtsova "Heart of a thousand candles" Lyubasha "I'll be your cloak," Oleg Popkov, "Fierce Love", Igor Nikolaev, "a little sorry for my Love. " All of these songs - the original, written for me. But this is just a drop in the bucket of those songs that come with tons of in my mailbox and I listen every day. But on the gossip can not do anything. Those people who talk behind your back, and will always be there. I am sure JanuarySnow has a better picture than I do, but as far as I know Philip Kirkorov is one of the biggest Pop stars in Russia.. like a Michael Jackson type "big"... he is originally from Bulgaria, a son of afamous Bulgarian singer...he was married to a much older HUGE Pop star (Galina Pugacheva) ... (think Celine Dion)... now he has a daughter that was born for him in the US... He is very theatrical, his shows (I think) are a huge production (think Gaga)... This is all I know... The fact that Kirkorov mentioned Adam as a "number one star in America" is great! This is Russian Pop royalty speaking... JanuarySnow and other members living in Russia - please correct me as I am too far removed from the current Russian arts scene.

From twitter full cap of the casting call with the shoot date: http://i.imgur.com/M5lsV.png Thanks!! For posting! I am in total amazement -- not by the description but by the date -- May 1. It actually means that they might have a music video out somewhere around an Adam song's CHR Impact Date. I believe this is a first!! Well unless they take 7 weeks to edit it!

Being a movie feak, and even more so sci-fi movie freak, I am looking forward so much for this. Have a look on "Metropolis" directed by Friz Lang 1927, and used in Queen's music video "Radio Gaga". Same feeling. ETA: link to Radio Gaga: www.youtube.com/watch?v=t63_HRwdAgkOne day I will learn how to bring videos here.

I'm gonna let my imagination run wild b/c nothing is showing up on my current machine...but then images often have problems on this demented pile of randomly beeping circuitboards. Will try a different machine later.
