I just wanted to flail about Canada a bit,
in the last 2 weeks 26 Canadian stations have played NCOE. This includes contest spins and syndicated spins that appear on several Canadian stations as well as both Hot AC and Top 40 spins.

Q3 - I'm not sure your list of Canadian mediabase monitored stations is complete. I think that there have been a few stations showing up on the All Access Charts with recorded spins in Canada that aren't on your list.
