Thanks for all for the birthday greetings today. Tell the truth, I almost forgot it WAS my birthday until I opened Atop this morning; I did a double take when I saw all the birthday wishes. Also, thanks for the gorgeous cake Reihmer.
The best thing of all though was getting back on the computer a little awhile ago and finding Happy had posted the Trespassing liner notes and lyrics! Thank you so much. You just made this birthday girl very happy.

Don't forget he had a little over a year relationship with Drake too and I don't think it ended as well as the Brad relationship. Just guessing. Yeah, no thank you for Drake, huh. Or Monte, but that's to be expected. Argh, too tired, but too pumped. Should go to bed tho. I didn't mean about no thank you to Drake. I just meant some of the songs could be about that relationship too. |

Love Adam's heartfelt words but I feel like I am so close to being satiated but still denied. The back of the album just isn't enough. Good God, I want to turn it over and look at his face. Hold it in my hands. Have his voice engulf me. This part--the lyrics and notes--should be the part I read in the afterglow.
ETA: Wow, I had no idea that sounded so sexual when I wrote it!

They will be streaming this album legally early next week anyway. So there really is very little time for an unauthorized leak. Big difference between streaming and illegal download links tho right? Or can you download from a stream? Yes, music can be ripped from a stream and then posted it for download. |

I think Take Back is about Brad and he. Yes, sad, but love can be hard and it hurts sometimes. Don't forget he had a little over a year relationship with Drake too and I don't think it ended as well as the Brad relationship. Just guessing. I think the Drake relationship didnt have the chemistry - i remember him saying that as a throwaway line after the break up. I think the Brad one ended pretty angstily but later on they found their way back to some level of friendship. Adam has said that AFTER Idol he had some bad experiences dating and that chokehold was partly about that.. (before Sauli). |

Adam's liner notes are perfect. They made me cry and that's not an easy feat. The last lines just kill me.
And the lyrics to Runnin' and Take Back are haunting. Maybe my favorite lyrics as such, which is so funny considering the snippits didn't really grab me. But now I am SO excited to hear the whole songs.
And Nirvana is a dreamy magical lullaby and whoever said it was like getting high with your lover--- YES! That's exactly how it feels to me. It's gorgeous and poetic and dreamily melodic. It was my favorite of the new snippits and EEEEEEeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee I need to hear the rest RIGHT FUCKING NOW!!!!!!
