OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!MY HEAD IS SPINNING, MY EARS HURT, AND I AM SWEATING!!!! ADAM, HOW DID YOU CREATE THIS BRILLIANCE IN JUST A YEAR!!!!! Others need a half of decade... So, looks like happy's is the only box sex to arrive so far. Maybe it got sent early by mistake. I can just picture the staff going: "Oh well, it's just one order - no one will notice."
On the other hand, it may also be happy's (and our) good karma that she was the chosen one!

Looks like we're going to get to page 100!!
And I've read every post today; every page.
Which tells you about my priorities in life right now! Here I sit, at this trusty computer, surrounded by Adam's Charity Water photo, a signed M&G photo from GNL in Las Vegas, an 8"by 11" blow-up of the Trespassing CD cover (made by a particularly patient and darling DH) and an empty wine bottle that was signed by Adam's Unca Dave. I love this little hovel. My own precious Rabbit Hole.
Adamtopia completes the picture. Muah!!!

OK looks to me like Octavia is no longer with Adam? She couldn't hang? I will now say that she didn't look near as "into" the Kimmel performance as Keisha did. Sure she has a beautiful voice. I mean the new girl, and if she is BFF with Keisha, maybe better chemistry on stage and more kickass performance by backgroud singers. It's all good. I didn't notice that it said 1/2 of the Vajayjays. OK, there's the answer. Octavia is gone. Too bad.. she's missing traveling around the world... hhmm.. maybe she doesn't like to be called Vajayjay  |

Morning Mys*&@^#r! Apparently it doesnt have to be a single to get a grammy - though most are. I LOVE Running. the words are epic. Its bigger than one bad love affair. This is intense shiz. I love the beginning - its like a film, like a dream my fave line: ive been standing here my whole life...building up to that chorus... Yes! And, "I'll wake up now and live" I loved NoAngel's analysis about how this is someone who has hit rock bottom but the song is so hopeful and ends so hopeful! I have played it so much I am afraid I might get sick of it! Yes, Ill wake up now and live seem like such an Adam experience and attitude. He wants everyone to wake up now and live - really live genuinely. I love what NoAngel says about the rockbottomness. This is a man who isnt afraid of admitting he has been to rockbottom - and feeling that experience fully. You might get sick of it - idk - there is thing in perception where when we have heard a certain stimulus over and over again, we just stop feeling it as sensitively. Great thing about Adam's songs tho, he brings his very subtle and nuanced awareness to them, so they have layers and textures...and we see those over time... |

Hi all, If the link is still available, I would be so grateful. I was able to grab a couple songs before last night's link conked out, but am feeling very buthurt that I haven't been able to listen to Runnin.  (ETA: Received, thank you!!)I'm still letting it all sink in but have to say about Underneath.... how beautiful and how raw... and how special to have Adam share this with us. It feels like he gives the most personal piece of his soul in this song. And this is just the recording. When we are privaleged to witness it live, it will be gut-wrenchingly beautiful and I won't be able to handle it... but I will manage with my box of Kleenex and hopefully a bestie or two by my side. Adam makes everything seem so alive and real!I wear my AFL Infinity necklace always, and I think of his explanation of "what you give to receive and what you recieve you give." (Paraphrasing.) I feel Adam is safe in giving us this glimpse into his soul because we give back our love and support. That may sound kukoo, but I don't care. He does that to me us. I don't post often, but I'm here every night reading the daily thread from start to finish. Ya'll are killing me today. Have to read about every 5th page or I'll never catch up. Thanks for letting me wax on a bit. Now, back to reading, and and reading, and laughing, and crying, and thinking, and crying, and laughing. So alive! |
