I have to agree with you on most of your points, but every attacked minority need to remember not to anatgonize people who may be a little ignorant but want to help and want to understand. Never allow the pain to override things - it's easy but it is the way to nowhere. I know something about it. I learned the hard way I understand that you are trying to help and want to help. The thing you have to understand is that sometimes that help can come over as extremely patronizing to an attacked minority even though you don't mean it to be. In terms of Adam being spoken about as a gay artist, it is very different when it is a mainstream publication such as, say, EW talking about his sexuality over his music and making a big deal out of it. Then by all means point out that it should be all about the music instead of banging on about his sexuality all the time. However when it is a gay publication, or one such as the VV with such a large gay readership, then the connotation of him being spoken about as a gay artist changes entirely. Telling a writer and the readership of any gay or gay friendly publication that him being gay does not matter is tactless and hurtful because in this circumstance and to the gay community it does matter that he is gay. As someone said above, showing support for and being an ally of an attacked minority is a wonderful thing and working alongside the community for equality and setting straight those that spew hate is very much appreciated and the right thing to do. But that is where it should stop to be honest. To put it simply, gay people do not appreciate being told by straight people how they should feel regarding things that involve our community any more than most women appreciate being told how to feel by men about issues pertinent to women. If you are in doubt at all then either don't comment on an article or just say how much you like the music and leave it at that. Hear, hear. There are times to speak, and times to just listen. Also, the article isn't about the sound of music at all and was conceptualized before the leak, I really hope no one gives the writer grief for that, even if commentators point out that as a bonus the music is also great and meaningful, it's missing the point. The goal of the article is to spur additional community support for buying Adam's album, from a new angle that hasn't been discussed in this depth before, and should get all the kudos in my book seriously.

Jeezus Chokehold has got to be the sexiest song. He goes from the grind to feeling the sheer mix of pleasure and pain that orgasm sometimes is... *goes back to drinking tea innocently* Oh, yes, I forgot to include this on my list of album emotions. Orgasm is definitely in there. I think we hear him a few times, no?

How is it that some of you are actually able to articulate arguments about social issues right now? My mind is in heavenly, mushy, bliss right now, completely unable to care about anything but my own deep satisfaction right now. I am content. No matter what goes down, his glory is on record for the world to discover when they are ready.

Will both the regular and the deluxe editions be available in retail stores? I feel bad for anyone who buys the regular edition instead of the deluxe and misses out on Running, Take Back and Nirvana.
I can't wait to hear what the bonus tracks are on the UK release. Somewhere back in the thread someone mentioned a new track on the French release. Any confirmation on this?

Aladdin Sane @jordanmeehan The bonus tracks on Trespassing are REALLY fucking good. Like....REALLY good. I LOVE Nirvana.
Aladdin Sane @jordanmeehan @adamlambert SLAY SLAY SLAY SLAY SLAY
Aladdin Sane @jordanmeehan "Nirvana" is the perfect closing song for Trespassing, though. The idea of going from trespassing to going to a higher plane is perfect.
I LOVE what he said here.
