Can anyone else hear this as a Viennese waltz ???. It's all beautiful and dreamy.............. I think it would make a fantastic show number for UK Strictly come dancing. Huge Christmas audience. They have guest performers singing for professional dancers. DWTS anyone? Just imagine the jaws collectively hitting the decks  . |

Sigh. This song. This song. Yes, justgill, I think two people floating around the stage to this song would be absolute magic.
There's such a sweetness and longing to Nirvana.
Nirvana: A transcendent state in which there is neither suffering, desire, nor sense of self... any place of complete bliss and delight and peace... An ideal condition of rest, harmony, stability, or joy.
And there is such gentleness in this song. And there is an overwhelming feeling of the singer wanting to protect his loved one from suffering, to take away the pain, to shelter him from the crap in this world.

"As we fly hiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiigh..."It's like they have isolated that high, crystalline note and drawn it out so perfectly!! It's a case of "high" really being high!! And it's so pure. They could have brought in crashing percussion and electronics or something, and they didn't. |
