Adam's voice is so beautiful, I don't want him sharing vocals with ANYONE on the album. He wants harmony on a track? Add it in his own voice. The only reason I can see for doing a duet with someone is to get the PR attention. Fine, do a special performance with Queen, Elton, Christina, Beyonce, whomever. But the album is Adam's!!! HERE, HERE, CASSIE!! AGREED!!, Along with the fact that I'll betcha Adam is totally conceptualizing this album as album/tour. One-off collabs/duets..sure..good PR possibilities. Did someone say 'rap'... Just not my cuppa. Only talking vocals here. I know Adam will werk with other writers and producers. He has said how much he loves the collaboration process.

And.... by the way..... what the hell is " organic music", anyway? Maybe it is something that can be smoked????????? I have mushrooms that pop up out of no where when the desert gets rain LOL Cayman!!! I guess that's as good an explanation as any!! :

Good thing none of us are producers. A lot of these suggested collaborations with old-time, old-school performers would be career suicide for Adam, IMO , especially since he is just coming out of the stigma that only "middle-aged" women (not gonna use that other popular term) are his core fan base. Also seems that Adam is not too enamoured with the current flavors of the month either. Looks to me that Adam is collaborating with new artists/producers who have original ideas, who are out of the box of the "hit-makers" and are looking for more organic music. For the Aftermath Remix, Adam went to an up-and-comer producer (a fellow Canadian for me, I might add) who is just starting to establish himself with the big names. And what a great Guys, as Adam would say, Adam #2 is gonna be DOPE, and he don't need noboby singin' with him on that album. I have every faith that Adam will produce music that he loves, and I cannot wait because I know I will love it too. Adam will record Adam#2 and then promote and sell the hell out of it just like he has with FYE. What that little album/singles has done around the world is just unbelievable. All due to Adam Fucking Lambert. Ain't he somethin' ?????? great post. I, too, think that adam should keep away from the has-beens, even if they are still popular. at least for his album. I wouldn't mind seeing him get on stage a couple of times with slash though.

love spoilers too. that's what the internet is all about. instant info. It always fascinates me to see how people are so different. Sure, I like breaking news, but to have the plot of a show I plan to watch revealed ahead of time? Nope. I don't even like to read the blurb about a book I'm interested in. I just take in the first few sentences and stop there. :D
