Adam can be bawdy/sweet, wicked/romantic, brash/sensitive, acerbic/naive and on and on. Ms. M (there's nothing divine about this one!)* is too jaded to see the complexity that is Adam. She can't believe that someone who can be so camp has such a kind heart "underneath." His little boy grin is wasted on her. She can't see that what could seem like tortured lyrics are transformed coming from Adam's heart and sensibility. At least in this instance, her sad cynicism has revealed a mean-spirited heart. Still needing something to perceive as "lesser than" to climb over to show her "superior" self. Or, she's a pompous bitch. *Reference to Bette Midler Have you seen a pic of here? I googled it. Not a nice look. Sort of lost in space and snouty. Out of Touch. |

Q3....I hope you've sent your opinion to EW and/or GLAAD. Well said, but you're preaching to the choir on this forum.....EW needs to feel the heat.  Has everyone tweeted @jesscagleew (managing editor of EW and an openly gay man) as Heathclif suggested? I'm not letting this go. edit/ shoot the Megapol video has hung up on WWFM.... :(

Finally got the email from MyPlay letting me know my Cd has been shipped. My mailbox will be watched obsessively till that things shows up. I know the CD quality will be better than what is currently on my iPod, and while I am thrilled to have the music, I will be even more thrilled when the real deal shows up.nhope everyone here has a great day!

And people should not be classified as gay or straight. Loved every word you wrote. And when it comes down to it, it is as simple as the above words. This shit has got to stop. People's ignorance is really getting to me. But none of this is new to Adam. This is his everyday experience. Still fuming! |

I'm a STAN and I didn't. I pre-ordered a bunch of albums but not the dl's. Am I the only one? I didn't order from itunes yet either. I am waiting until after the 15th. Don't know why. I've ordered one or two or three from all the other places that anyone has mentioned, including the UK. My husband is going to flip when they all start coming in. |
