I'm not patronizing you, I only pointing when concern about comunity changes into reverse discrimination. When you come here and say "We don't want you on our site" what it look like to you? What if I do the same thing? IMHO you are not treat us like we are equal to you, you treat us like kids without knowledge and experience. I am not saying "we don't want you on our site." I am saying please treat us with a bit of respect when you do visit that site. All straight people are more than welcome on any glbt site. Just please don't lecture us on how we should feel about gay issues, Adam's role in our community included. There is a big difference. At this point I am not sure if you are willfully misunderstanding because it is not what you want to hear or just really not getting it. This is not a case of reverse discrimination so please do not play the victim here. I'm not playing victim. You are still assume that I know nothing about gay commmunity and their problems when I'm more involved than you can ever imagine. Poland is not country that this things are easy, it's like US, sometimes worse. You are patronize me and attacking me when my point of view on equality is just different than yours. I once said to you that you are not the only one in this discussion with bad minority experience and I'm still learning from this pain but for you , as I see it, I'm just straight woman who know nothing about the pain of exclusion. I exclude myself from this discussion. Why not? It hurt less when you doing it yourself.

This is the reason I NEVER post on glbt publication site, for me personally it is out of respect. I do not walk in your shoes, for me.....unless you have lived the experience you really do not know how it feels. I love your posts and feel like you are a sister, every member here is special to me, just know that if you need me I am here. ALWAYS HAVE YOUR BACK SISTER! I don't know you, obviously, but I love you for this comment. I just wanted to say that. Hopefully someday all of us will cross paths and party together at a AFL concert. Guess we will have to start wearing name tags 8-) By the way back at you! ;D

It does matter to me that Adam is gay and attracts attention because of his bold sexuality, his intensity and insistence on living his life out and proud. Homosexuals need positive freaks in the media. Many homosexuals are so forced into small boxes of fear of repercussion for being gay that Adam challenges that intensely for them. It is scary to really get that who you love could possibly get you fired or beaten up at a bar. Gays everywhere learn how to tone it down to survive. Adam refuses to tone anything down. He models something that is starting a crucial conversation in the gay community. He insists that we be who we are, honestly and completely, and refuses to tone down the realness. From some this is very threatening. When straight people engage in this conversation like they think they know what it is like to be gay, I would beg you tread softly. What attracted me to Adam, and still does , is just how much his alternative behavior is familiar to me. I love that so much! I know he uses the term post-gay, but that is a desire, a passionate hope for the future and sometimes, in places like Burning Man, that liberal attitude really really happens. But mostly, gays and lesbians have to fight for the right to hold hands in public if they have high profile jobs. Gay publications will speak of him in many different ways, and it is important to recognize that we do not have the same rights as straight people. I have lived both ways. I really do know this. Straight people do not know what this is like, to feel discrimination in this pervasive, strange way. Anyways, Adam represents out and proud in every way that I could strive to be. Whenever possible I embrace my lesbian self in public and Adam has made me braver and more comfortable to do so just by being himself. And this is why i love you. I may never understand completely what it's like to be In your position, but you make me want to learn. You give me a glimmer of understanding. And you also make me feel there is hope for the future. That's how Adam makes me feel, too. :D. Love you too! Can't wait for the tour so we can dance to Adam again!

I really wish I knew how to do a screen cap: www.ew.com/ew/music/Adam Lambert's "Trespassing": EW ReviewMelissa Maerz on fan fave's second post-''American Idol'' album: Great to dance to, but about those ballads... Very misleading! The article has not changed one sentence. Up to 1023 comments I think the EW Editors' are laughing now, coz they .. HITS... CLICKS.. CLICKS.. CLICKS . Like Q3 said it's unlikely they will responds to all the protests :-/ . And I wonder why GLAAD has not responded either. Yeah that is my response, too. WHERE IS THE VOICE OF GLAAD?!!!

www.hot995.com/pages/toby.html?article=10117456 ADAM LAMBERT: OUTLAWS OF LOVE About Equality!ADAM LAMBERT's song, OUTLAWS of LOVE... is an LGBT equality anthem... and given the news yesterday and today, we thought you might want to give it a listen! LAMBERT tells the ADVOCATE he penned the song about the struggles LGBT couples face in their pursuit of equality. Click here and read. And then, share. Because more and more people need to realize that LOVE is a human right and should be embraced. Read more: www.hot995.com/pages/toby.html?article=10117456#ixzz1uVIJOV2e I bet Adam didn't see this coming when he wrote OOL. A year after he wrote it, it becomes famous, because the song talks about what's going on in this country and at the same time it's election year.
