Hi all - I'm coming up for air today for the first time after giving birth to a beautiful baby girl last Thursday (good timing, huh?). Suffice to say that I've missed a lot (including tragedy in Japan. wow.), but was hoping that you all could highlight some things I should check out here in Adam-land from the last week. lots of love to you all! Congratulations on the birth of your daughter! Hope both of you are doing well. Honestly, other than Idol, you haven't missed a lot. But, you may want to check out pg. 1 of each thread for the days you missed; that would give you a recap and you may want to check out the monthly roundup (that thread is located just below the daily news thread and Adam #2). Hope this helps!

My DVD/CD will not be here until next Monday. I'll have to wait Question: I just bought Proboards forum Credits to help keep this website ad free and it said I was suppose to do something with them...choose the month to use them. Do I have to do that and where? Congrduations birdreeve...a precious baby girl! Q3 comment: Thank you! And no you do not have anything else to do. I will assign them to the next needed month.

Regarding spoilers/no-spoilers. I prefer anticipation to surprise any day of the week. I love the build of anticipation and surprise hits you out of left field and it's often hard to process, then the moment is over. Years ago I was thrown a surprise party for my birthday, which was awesome and fun, but truth be told, I was totally disappointed that the "fake" plans we made for that night were just the ruse. I was REALLY looking forward to them. I do not even get people who don't find out the sex of their babies beforehand. All three of my nephews were named the day of their ultrasounds. The experience of "knowing" them before their were born was lovely. (Yes, I know there are still surprises, one of my best friends was assured her second son was a girl and it involved some decor exchanges.) Surprise to me is closer to blind-siding. Some are fun, but in general, I could take it or leave it. Anticipation is half the fun!! I'll 'fess up. I would never read the end of a book, but I am shameless about taping Alabama football games against arch rivals and if they win, I watch, if they lose, I delete. I can take momentary stress and anticipation, but for 3 hours, NO, I don't think so!!!! Movies and TV shows, I'm not that invested, so the anticipation is fun. If it was something to do with Adam that was earth shattering, I would definitely go to the end, and just like football, I would read and/or watch every tiny detail if it was good, but block it out if it was bad. Probably good illustration is that I have NEVER, NEVER, NEVER rewatched AMA's, mainly the voice. If he had been in great voice, It would never bother me, but with the voice being less than stellar, the fall, and the finger at the end, I'd rather watch the other 3000 hrs of videos than deal with it.
