My posts should not be "smallish". But is it hard to read? Palatino Size=3 is "smallish"Verdana Size=3 seems much largerIt is all to do with the "x" height of the font. Serif fonts like Times and Palatino typically have a smaller "x" i.e. lower case height of the letter. That and the combination of the "thick and thin" quality of the letter can make them appear smaller. It also makes them more economical so you can fit more text into the same space which is why they are traditionally used from print newspapers. Sans serif fonts like Verdana and Helvetica are more legible for screen use which is why the vast majority of web sites use sans serif fonts. The even weight of the letter renders more legibly in a pixel environment. Typography 101 will continue tomorrow :-)

Just another comment about the font issues discussed earlier ... I did some research on this earlier for a newsletter I produce that switched from print to digital. Although the prevailing preference for reading print material is a serif font (such as Times), on a computer screen sans serif fonts are MUCH easier to read, and Verdana seems to be a popular choice. So I hate to say this, Q3 and a few others, but I find your posts in a serif font to be particularly difficult to read, especially in the smallish default type size. Sorry! :(
My posts should not be "smallish". But is it hard to read? They are for me as well, I'm afraid. ETA - Is there any way to choose the old font as our default for all posts?

But sooooooo off topic!! LOL! (bookmarked ) ....I'm hoping the novelty of being able to change fonts will wear off and people will only use on occasion to emphasize emotion or flail! Agree that many are tough to read.

Q3- If I am remembering correctly, didn't you say that Trespassing Deluxe and regular Trespassing will be added together for the CD sales totals? I hope this is the case.
