Eh, i don't see anything to freak out over at this point. Focus is on album sale this week, (yippee number 1!).
Hoppers I've tried to read every interview and haven't seen or heard that 'shocked' quote anywhere, I'd be interested if anyone has the link.
Wilkes Barre is the only station that has cut back airplay in a more noticeable way, just have to see if that's just leveling out with the others or a sign that they are disinterested.
The focus will swing back to the single during ads week and Adam's radio concerts, that and immediately after that is the make or break time IMO, not now.
ETA: oh, and I do think that they chose the right single this time, and I'm not gonna assume radio PD's weren't paying attention and didn't listen when they chose, though who knows what actual 'promises to play' they were able to give.

I don't understand what happens if someone has a hit album and the radio does not spin their singles? What are the ramifications of this? What leverage, if any, does RCA have? This seems crazy.
The age 30, gay, idol thing doesn't make sense since these stations played WWFM and IIHY.
I am really spinning out (not the right spins!) on this.
Any ideas?

I know the interview HSM is referring to, but can't remember where. It is a print interview.
