What a great day.. Adam #1,got two mailed copies of Trespassing with many more to follow, just got the gift package..gorgeous.DH and I checked out Walmart,moved copies of both Deluxe and regular to the front New album display. Reminds me of FYE when we would go from store to store making sure the cd was placed in just the right spot.. LOL Then went to Target where Trespassing was placed in the front with new cds,bought yet another copy.

I'm buying Trespassing Deluxe on iTune. Since I bought the 2 singles before, it's asking me to click either Complete My Album to just purchase the ones I don't have (I understand this then doesn't count the 2 singles I bought in the single sale count) or click Buy Album to buy everything. If I click Buy Album, will the 2 singles I purchased before counted as singles sold ? Click on "buy album" and not "complete my album" You want it to count as an album sale and not a sale of a bunch of singles. Color me unimpressed with Kris Allen's tweet. That tweet came from many tweets of people telling Kris they hope he remembers to tweet Adam since Adam is always supportive of him. Not to mention the timing is suspect. All of a sudden Allen gets supportive a week before his own CD drops and he sees Adam is #1 in iTunes. Never heard a peep from Allen in support of Adam's singles though. All of a sudden the support comes a week before his CD drop. Hmmm.. Just like Obama coming out for gay marriage, some believe him, some thinks it's politics. Probably a little bit of both, but still nice he did it. I always find that giving people the benefit of the doubt makes everyone happy. #pollyanna? |

They had nothing advertising Adam's album and in his slot they had some GNT CD's and a couple of the bastard albums. >:( So I took the bastard CD's and conveniently moved them into a whole different genre area. ;D |

Also in case anyone was wondering, don't request BTIKM anymore, focus on NCOE. I have to disagree with this. Some stations don't have NCOE added yet and a lot of HAC stations are spinning BTIKM. I think it's just as important to keep Adam's voice out there and get people familiar with his music. I'm requesting both. |
