If there is something I don't like about Adamfandom is the ticket buying stress ....
I can live with staying up funny hours for looking at streams (good or bad) I enjoy almost all the other things with this fandom, but the ticket buying stress that's the worst part for me.

Jarett Wieselman @jarettsaysAdam Lambert performs my favorite song, Never Close Our Eyes, at @iheartradio concert. WATCH: www.theinsider.com/music/52377_Adam_Lambert_iHeartRadio_Never_Close_Our_Eyes_Performance/index.html#.T7PvewbDs5I.twitterVIDEO GREAT QUALITY ADAM LAMBERT 'EYES' A HIT My feelings about Adam Lambert's sophomore album, Trespassing, are already very well-known to anyone who follows me on Twitter. For the rest of you, allow me to take a moment and praise the absolute dance-tastic brilliance that's lying within every up-tempo jam and the stunning emotions layered throughout his ballads. For those who missed the show, or the live stream, check out a snippet from his set -- which will undoubtedly have you running to the record store. Or, iTunes, rather, since record stores don't really exist anymore...

www.arjanwrites.com/arjanwrites/2012/04/listen-to-adam-lambert-never-close-our-eyes-single-review.htmlI found this review of NCOE, which is very very good: Adam Lambert roars his way to the top on the brand-new "Never Close Our Eyes," his mighty new single that was written and produced by none other than Bruno Mars in partnership with master hitmaker Dr Luke. The song will be released on iTunes on April 17 as an instant download for anyone who pre-orders the deluxe version of Lambert's highly-anticipated new album, "Trespassing." "Never Close Our Eyes" masterfully combines Lambert's powerhouse vocals with Mars' knack for writing catchy pop melodies and Dr Luke's crisp production effort. Mixed to perfection and produced to a tee, the track is a flaming pop romp that will surely rule top forty radio all summer long. What's particularly compelling about this new Lambert smasher is that Dr Luke's energetic production stylings don't compete with the strength of Lambert's performance. In fact, Lambert's rock vocals add a gritty dimension to Luke's glossy soundboard work that fit the song's narrative perfectly. "Never Close Our Eyes" ultimately is a song about losing yourself in the moment without second-guessing, fear or regret. "Forget about the sunrise, fight the sleep in your eyes. I don't want to miss a second with you (. . .) If I had my way we'd never close out eyes," Lambert sings, aptly pointing out that life's beauty is everywhere and should not be missed. Lambert's "Trespassing," due out on RCA Records/19 Recordings on May 15, will be available in a 12 track standard edition as well as a deluxe edition with 3 additional bonus tracks. In addition to co-writing many of the tracks, Lambert collaborated with an all star list of award winning artists, producers and songwriters including Pharrell Williams, Claude Kelly, Benny Blanco, Bonnie McKee, Nile Rogers and his Los Angeles pal Sam Sparro. The comments are really interesting. It looks like he hasn't written a review on the whole album.

I can't wait to see Adam's performance at AI! I'm curious about Lisa Marie Presley as well. When I remember how often Adam is compared to her father... Haven't heard of LM for ages....
I heard her yesterday on some program. Adam's music and her new music are very different.

Amber James @ajames08 . @adamlambert Dishes Advice to the New American Idol Contestants & Talks About Raiding Steven Tyler's Closet! www.celebuzz.com/2012-05-16/adam-lamberts-advice-to-american-idol-contestants-maintain-your-own-integrity-as-an-artist-exclusive/On Thursday (May 17), Lambert will be returning to his old stomping grounds, performing his new hit “Never Close Our Eyes” on the Idol stage. While he promises an “off the charts” stage show, he’s hoping to pull a few antics of his own backstage — like possibly raiding judge Steven Tyler‘s wardrobe closet! “I love [Aerosmith frontman] Steven Tyler — and his wardrobe. Every time he comes on screen, I’m like, ‘What the hell is he wearing?!’ I love it… I should ask him if I can raid his closet,” the Grammy-nominated singer joked. Up next, Lambert will be filling in for one of his primary influences, the late Queen frontman Freddie Mercury, during five European concerts with Brian May and Roger Taylor of Queen. “I’m excited and honored. There is a lot of work to be done. It has been a while since I covered someone else’s music. It’s a different type of challenge. I’ve done research… I want to pay respect to Freddie. I don’t want to just copy him and do an impression. I’m trying the best I can, working together with Brian and Roger. It’s going to be beautiful,” Lambert gushed. The former Idol alum has no plans to tour in promotion of his own album, Trespessing, but hopes to have “something lined up by the end of the year.”
