So today, I asked a guy that works for me, to listen to two tracks. He is 25, very urban & hip and had once told me that he is not an Adam Lambert fan. I had him listen to Shady and Kickin In to humor me.
He just gave me his feedback: "The first track sounds as if Stevie Wonder produced it or had something to do with it...which is awesome. The second track has really great energy and might be added to my playlist. This is my first time listening to Adam Lambert and I might be a fan."
One fan at a time... ;D

Yeah maybe they'll show him in the audience to promote his performance on Thursday. Didn't they do that with Kris? come on guys, you really think Adam will be in the audience? Maybe he wants to see Jessica? Betting big bucks he'll be at home watching and snuggling! |

Am I the only one who has NOT received their Trespassing CD from AO? Why is it taking so friggin' long to get here??? >:( >:( IDK. I got mine on Monday. Its not that far from Nashville to Miss. You could have just driven over to get it. lol  Well DUH - I got an email that it shipped last Friday so I been waiting patiently but since I don't have any tracking information I have no idea where it is. The delivery people for this area aren't the most reliable so I have a feeling I may never get it. I have all the music & been playing it non-stop, but I still WANT MY CD THAT I ORDERED! >:( |

The Washington Post (which gave Trespassing a horrible review yesterday, grrrrrr) says in today's TV highlights that tonight there will be footage from the contestants' annual hometown visits. So either the Post is off by a day (like Adam's email), or maybe that would free up more time for Adam to sing 2 songs tomorrow??

I think Adam will be in the audience if he is getting a chance to plug his album and performance on Idol.
That's a shame about The Washington Post---they contribute to his overall score, right?

I just got back on line and I am thrilled to see the #1 is holding!
 I have a nice Target story: Had a Dr's appt cancelled (which they never told me & I had to drive there to find out!) Bummer - but it turned out fine! It was near Target so I thought I'd go in & check the "stock". The Deluxe were GONE BABY GONE and there was one Regular left. I have many Deluxe but no Regular so I snatched it. At the checkout the Cashier said: "Is that Adam Lambert?" Me: "Yes" C: "Is this a NEW album? I have his first one." Me: "New. Just released yesterday. This one is better than the first one!" C: "Oh my hubby & I like him! I'll have to get this!" Me: "You have none left on the floor here. I bought the last one. It was also #1 on iTunes." C: "Oh." :( Me: "Be sure to get it. You'll like it. I guarantee it! LOL.... awww, poor cashier girl... but SNOOZE AND YOU LOSE!!!! |
