Well they had to give the Idol butthurts something to ease the pain. ;D Even if he gets #1 they can (and WILL) quote "the lowest #1 since last August".
I actually braced myself for "lowest #1 since....." like 3 years ago or something. But since August? Big fucking deal!! LOL! That's not THAT long ...I'm sure there have been lower number ones in the past. I guess they had to add a little pathos for conversation.  |

Whew! I didn't read it carefully enough, and thought they were saying it was the lowest #1 ever. Last August? So frikkin' what? |

Adam should at least have a review in People magazine which comes out, I think, tomorrow. That is also pretty good promo (well, assuming it's good, lol). I think a lot of people check out this magazine.

It's the second one "Quick Spins" that I saw in the print edition yesterday, unfortunately (was the other one only online)? I'm really pissed off that all my friends and neighbors no doubt read it, with its implication that Adam's now making "flavorless albums that nobody buys", his voice is "wasted" and OOL is "unremarkably drippy", tho there were a couple backhanded compliments I guess. Allison Stewart did the Quick Spins one and the reviewer who hated his 9:30 concert was a male as I recall. |

Sorry, where is this Washington Post review you guys are talking about? I don't remember seeing one. I remember Washington Times.
I must admit I wondered about that, but never fear, the Times isn't on the list either . |
