Pretty sure there was an interview a few weeks ago where Adam said last year was probably his last time! :( There was indeed. I think he meant what he said at the time, but he's a bit spontaneous, too...and there's no freakin' way he would ever say he's going to Burning Man in advance. And I'm glad...that shouldn't ever be a reason for anyone to go (IMO). Just a little fantasizin'!  |

Still back on p. 20 but just had to login in to say IT'S FINALLY ARRIVED!!!!!! ;D ;D ;D ;D I'd been watching for a courier but Box Sex arrived in the mail today, although the package said UPS International Economy. I enjoyed opening the parcel and then opening each part as I came to it, so well done, Adam! Downloaded from I-tunes yesterday, but LOVE having that physical CD to open and play and all the lyrics and liner notes! I've been quietly squeeing with you all these last 2 fabulous Adam days! So happy for you!  still waiting for mine |

I have to say by being a supporter of Mr Lambert Ive learned alot more about the music business than i ever imagined.
He keeps it real (at the same time as fuelling the positive) and that feels good somewhere inside.
In my job, we have to look at the "levers of power" all the time - whats creating the change in the world etc and I am really getting a sense of how media - especially some media based on their branding and reputation - and radio - especially some radio - and twitter - and formulas used for say calculating ranks all influence the trajectory of an artist's influence on the culture!
thought provoking I must say!!!!
Oh and also...the actions of the fans 8-)

Donna @ala4afam 3 Texts from family..."Adam Lambert on Idol 2morrow night"....Duh?? Have I been that isolated from them?Don't ya love it? I got 3 texts and one email. Duh!! I set my daughter's DVR in Pgh last weekend and I'm not even there to watch. BUT, you never know, so I set it and when I can I'll secretly call one of my grandchildren to SAVE TILL I DELETE just in case I get summoned in the next few months. It's happened and I wasn't happy that I had deleted everything that I had saved. |
