Hoppers I put my Walmart Deluxe in my car and the fuck, bitch, shit, etc. are there. It's the same as the one in my Box Sex. There were no "explicit" warnings, etc. on the cover either. I don't know about the regular version. I do know that the lyrics were changed in the Fame Monster one I bought awhile back from Walmart to "free bit baby". Maybe there has been a loosening of the requirements/standards. IDK[groans] Damn. I was actually hoping for an edit. I will admit before I became a mom I totally eyerolled at radio edits. But now that I have a little kid - who doesn't possess filters - it gets a little cringeworthy having her sing ALL the lyrics without any considerations of the "kid appropriateness" of what she's singing. And while she may not literally know what "fuck" means (other than something daddy mutters in traffic), she sure is capable of singing it loudly on a song she likes. And as much as we both love the Cuckoo song, that lyric really isn't appropriate coming from a nursery-schooler. Not quite sure what I'm going to do yet........ If you have Real Player, you could edit the words out. You can put the whole cd on a playlist, substituting your edited version. Then burn a cd just for your daughter. The timing would be a hair off, but I dealt with that on the snippets - not too big a deal.

Wow - I don't think this review could be more positive if we'd written it ourselves!

Well, you could try telling her that Adam is actually saying "funk" instead of the other F word. For the other words, would she understand if you tell her they's special words only Adam is allowed to use?I had a system with my kids. Certain word were allowed in age of 10, then more would come in 12, 15 and finally at 18 they would be allowed to say what ever they liked. My daugher is now adult and my son in his teens. I know they curse in their own circles but I don't think I have ever heard either of them using strong words in front of me. And as said not forbidden according to system above, AND I am really bad mouthed. :D
