OT, but inspired by discussion about little kids and swear words. Way back when I was teaching preschool aged deaf children. A 4 yr old boy in my team teacher's class came in to class proudly and defiantly showing everyone the new sign he had learned on the bus. Yup, the one Adam used at the end of the AMAs. Of course, he had no idea what it meant, but he knew it got a huge reaction on the bus. My smart team teacher calmly told him he was signing it wrong and gently reshaped his fingers to the sign for I Love You. The little brat went around the school for the rest of the day defiantly telling one and all that he loved them.  |

Oh lord, the scary robot eyeball is back that tried to eat Jessica during her performances last night and haunts this entire song. Lambert as per is 100% energy and angry gay rock and I love it: the song isn’t exactly my cup of tea but that he is unique and his own style makes me smile. His blacklight, neon yellow and too-tall hair and prostitute verging amount of makeup never exactly “gets me going” but this kid performs like a mofo every time he’s on stage and kudos to him. This one is wroth the view and definitely shows up a lot of the dated crap we’ve had this year. |
