Ok, Adam's tweet makes me a little nervous. Should I go out and get another copy. I normally never do this, but this is Adam's second tweet. I will be driving past Best Buy all day to get to all my kids different sports things, so it would be easy to stop... Adam's tweet CLEARLY SAID" "iTunes" Have you already bought and gifted? Q says you can gift 6. Have you emailed all your friends with links to iTunes? Have you posted itunes link on Facebook? Are you tweeting? This is just a few of the ideas I think will help get awareness out and push Trespassing back up to #1 on iTunes. Unfortunately, I am mowing the yard right now, so I will start my campaign after lunch when dh is napping. |

When Adam has the #1 album, it will be a milestone for him. It will also be the first time an out gay has had a #1 album in the US. Something David Bowie never did. Elton John had 5 #1 studio albums -- last was in 1975 when he had two in one year. But after he came out, he never had a #1 album again in the US. This is a big deal for more than Adam. Erm... David Bowie is gay? Isn't he married? Do his shenanigans w/ Iggy Pop count;)? |

Yeah I can create it but when I upload it to Photobucket, and set it to profile, it doesn't display. Oh, okay. Do you use "direct link" and set it at 100x100? |

I'll be in and out the whole day getting ready for a mini-listening party with local Atopers. Anyway, I invited my next door neighbors (not Adam fans but know of my new passion after witnessing all the goings-on with fellow Atopers the last 2+ years). D: Did you watch your boy last Thursday? Me: Yeah, what did you think? D: He is really good. He has toned down his looks which I like. I also like the song. I will report after our party on their reactions. Between Cassie, Smokey, Maitos and me, I think we will make some inroads. I think Adam recaptured the hearts of Idol watchers with that performance. I wouldn't be surprised if there is a HUGE bump in sales over the weekend. Go Adam!!!!! |

NCOE has moved up to #97 on iTunes US!!
Top 100.
ETA: I am not sure that Adam recaptured the heart of Idol viewers -- I think he reconnected with some casual fans who did not realize the album was out. But we are all guessing.
The single would be in the Top 10 if he has recaptured the Idol audience. I do not think that is possible with a 3-1/2 minute performance.
Moving from #3 to #2 could just be a few hundred album units.
I am skeptical that Trespassing can pass AI Top 3 album -- which is only available on iTunes. Trespassing is available all over and on CD.
All of that aside --- Trespassing is doing really well and I am very happy for Adam.

Maybe a silly question, but would 1in10 or the Texas group be able to use gifted downloads from itunes of Trespassing in their programs?
