O M G!!! I'm a big Sci-Fi geek, and obviously...a glambert; the best collision, I'm in heaven! This could very well be my favorite Adam MV (sorry, FYE). I'm so excited!! So, do we have any info as to when exactly next week it's gonna come out? (I assume it's on VEVO, right?)

the album is #3 overall but it's behind AI Top 3 and John Mayer, neither of which count on this weeks charts.

what does that mean in terms of first week sales? I don't think they bill until it is shipped so they can't count it as a sale until it's shipped, right? How is it possible that his official store has run out of copies? IDGI It means that all the orders made after they ran out will not count on the first week. I ordered 2 on Thursday and my order is on backorder! It is inexcusable! if there is enough of a backorder perhaps that can soften the drop in week 2 or 3? trying to look on the positive side. How many orders do we assume are from AO? probably not a significant enough to impact his placement on the chart this week given that he's still (in theory) #1 on itunes behind two albums which won't show up on the BB charts this week. he'll likely have the #1 album in the country as well as the #1 digital album. When (if) he gets #1 i'm gonna go to Billboard.com every single day just to see his picture in the banner under the charts under BB200 \o/

I apologize for asking the question that was answered before - but with 59 pages - I cannot find the answer: How do I gift TP album on iTunes? I have bought it already for myself... If I click on "buy" - it tells me that I already have it... also - where do I specify the recipient's e-mail? There is a drop down menu under the pic that has "gift" as an option. You have to have the person's e-mail address. myspenser - THANK YOU!!!! it was rather easy actually...now I hope the download in EU works ... The video snippet is so intriguing! I am a sci-fi person, so it is a double pleasure for me and having concerts every day now - is like being a kid in a candy store... such a high!!!! - yes, honey, I am up there! waaaay up! ;D

WTF?! AO can not fulfill first week orders! This is inexcusable, IMO! t.co/oqA8TdBgHave they underestimated the demand???? Have they burned enough for shipping to the stores? This is making me worried... However if Adam has #1 locked then may be it will help the next week... I really have to find my ZEN again... I am a nervous wreck about anything Adam lately... like I have nothing else to worry about... :-[ #crayforsure

Clay Aiken was asked on outq why gay contestants don't win on AI. Quote from twitter: "I don't think that Adam's sexuality had anything to do with it [coming in second on Idol]. I think that the reason Adam came in second was because Adam appeals to a niche audience. He still appeals to a very, very loyal niche audience, and Kris Allen had a much broader, universal, many would say "vanilla" appeal, and when you're letting America vote on these shows, they're going to pick the most broad appealed person ... it's going to be the popular vote." (then he says that many artists on labels who are "extremely successful" wouldn't do well on Idol)."
Yes, Clay, you're absolutely right! Adam has a very, very loyal "niche"(open-minded with good taste) audience, and Middle Amercia (the AI voters) apparently prefers someone that is "vanilla", hence all the "vanilla" winners. And, of course, those "extremely successful" major label artists would never win Idol, they are only extremely successful in the real world, right? and, most of those "vanilla" winners....oh, wait, I don't really know where they are in the real world. And, thank universe, Adam is not "vanilla"!

Go figure, indeed. Thank goodness we all like something different ... something for everyone.

TALCvidsþ@TALCvids RT kms15423: Fans - here's a little background on Barry Walters, the author of the #Trespassing 5 Star Review www.emusic.com/listen/#/author/barrywalters/:Five stars! \o/ RT kms15423: Check out Adam Lambert, Trespassing (Deluxe Version) on @emusic #eMusicLoves www.emusic.com/music-news/review/album/adam-lambert-trespassing-deluxe-version/What does a major singer do with a style designed for minor ones? A singular talent who got his break on a show crazy with copycats, Adam Lambert can deliver deftly idiosyncratic razzle-dazzle with an operatic intensity that would leave the average rocker gasping for air. Yet he presents it in dance-pop full of studio distractions that ordinarily disguise negligible talents whose greatest ability is looking good. Deftly idiosyncratic razzle-dazzle with an operatic intensity Expressing his individual inner self in a pop machine designed to flaunt the interchangeably anonymous is the challenge he faces on Trespassing, the follow-up to his 2009 debut For Your Entertainment. That’s also the subtext of the Pharrrell Williams-collaborated title track, which examines obstacles put in the path of outsiders whose destiny is the mainstream. Kindred infiltrators like Bruno Mars, Nile Rodgers and Sam Sparro help Lambert create a masculine, more aggressive variant on the techno-pop that’s typically a girl’s game. His virile voice doesn’t need all the processing it undergoes in “Never Close Our Eyes” and other singles, but the sonic fortification affirms Lambert can be as be as vocally androgynous as he wants to be and still sound Top 40-friendly. Nevertheless, it’s the slower, more sensual cuts like “Broken English” and “Outlaws of Love” that best showcase his inimitable wail. “They say we’ll rot in hell, well I don’t think we will,” he groans in the latter, leaving no doubt what’s on his mind.
