Regarding the tickets I posted about for Wilkes Barre concert: My friend has posted them at StubHub at below her cost, and said there are many tickets available there, and she has had no offers. WTF? This is Adam's FIRST CONCERT, where he is the headliner, and doing a full set on Trespassing (there are 2 opening acts). This is like Fantasy Springs, in that it is a one-off for Adam, and then I think he is going to London to do promo and get ready for Queen. This reminds me of the Houston GNT concert, it was technically sold out, but I had 4 tickets I couldn't give away, and several others had extra tickets, and the whole back row of the lower Orchestra section (at least 40 seats) were vacant, people had moved up to better seats. I hope this concert is packed, but right now, it doesn't sound like it will be, and it is only a 2000 seat theatre. Adam will be so disappointed if he can't fill this theatre for his first concert. What in the hell is going on? If it wasn't 2,500 miles away, I would be there for sure! I'm going to level with you here. This is what happens when fans buy tickets and then upgrade to other tickets. There ends up being tickets left over that no one will ever use. There are lots of casual fans, who don't read any fanboard or have an "Adam stanning twitter account", who will never know about these tickets at Stubhub. They will check at Ticketmaster and if it is sold out or there are only back rows left, they will pass. Because of the fans who upgraded, there will be empty seats. I refuse to go to a concert for anyone and sit way up in the balcony. I either get lucky and get decent seats or I pay out the ass for good seats. For me, it's just not worth the time and effort and money to sit in the cheap seats. My suggestion: Give the tickets away! There are probably fans who would love to go, but can't afford it. There are probably college kids or young teens that would love to go to a free radio show! Having seen Adam in this theater already, no one can see the back of the balcony. The last concert was great. And it is sold out. Seriously, most of these tickets are going to be used. There are only 38 "bad" seats for sale. The rest are priced too high to sell. With 1950 + however many are in the pit, it all 38 are empty, it is nothing. It happens at every "sold out" concert for every popular artist. ETA: And sometimes the speculators do not have the tickets they list. They just "know" they can get the tickets at the price. The gamble.

Thanks to all who assured me I'm not alone in my radio requesting. I'm keeping it casual so they won't feel bothered or tag me as the fanatic I am. Now I feel that 'Call Me Maybe' atrocity has been sent to try my sanity in the lead up to NCOE domination. Do we think Sauli will hang out mostly in Finland through Midsummer to get some family time, joining Adam at some pt once he crosses the ocean for rehearsal/promo phase?
You are definitely not alone mika! I do the mediabase form every day for 3 PA stations (and tweet too).
One of those stations is WKRZ in Wilkes Barre - the sponsor of the Kirby Center concert. They added NCOE a few weeks ago but have cut back on the play. This seems odd to me as they should be promoting his concert. Not playing his music isn't helping the concert sell out, especially since the other acts on the bill with him are not big draws. One of them is Neon Hitch & she was pretty much panned in that review of the Boston concert.
In addition to stub hub there are seats available from the radio station. Not good seats - I checked. Sad if this doesn't sell out.ETA - I just read Q3's post about this and she certainly knows more about these things than I do. I do know however that the radio station was advertising more "great seats" available just yesterday. Well the "great seats" part was a misnomer. ;D The seats sucked. ;D I'm sure it will be fine. And Q3 I should have checked with you before getting my tickets since you've been in that theater. I'm pretty apprehensive about my "view".

OT but I had to go to Target today so while I was getting something my son went over to the music area and saw there were 3 Trespassing CD's left. I deluxe and 2 regular. He asked the clerk if there were more in the back and he said no. A lady came up and was looking at Adam's CD's and my son said to her that it was a really good album. She asked which was the deluxe and my son pointed it out to her. She said thanks, grabbed it, said it was for her mother, and bought it. Yay! You go son! ;D

Adam provides music for all of us to love in many different forms. Kickin In struck me as too over processed on the album, but live it is amazing to me. Tommy Joe's guitar on that track was great. Shady, which sounds kick ass on the album, has not not come off as well live for me, but I love that song, so whatever.
Really continuing to pray that Adam and Queen eventually play a show here in the states.
I do wish I could get to one of these live one off shows upcoming, but Texas is just scorned when it comes to shows like this.
