No new info in the NPR segment, but, oh so impressive. Adam sounded very articulate. Made good points. He also sounded warm and personable. They played snippets of Trespassing, NCOE and OOL. Again, the focus was on being gay - sigh - but, Adam addressed how that is ALWAYS brought up in every interview, and it is not under his control. He just answers the questions honestly.
I think this was a great intro to Adam for these radio listeners, musically and personally.

Lol, I know, I was all settled in for a good 20 minute chat and...WHAT? It's Over??? But he was so well spoken and the songs sounded great. The OOL bit was really beautiful. Hope it peaked interest for some new listeners. Late but the video teaser looks sooooo cooool!!!!

Tho' short I thought Adam and the interviewer (who IMO, was very respectful) covered a lot of ground .
And I do believe one of the reasons so many questions surround his sexuality is his openess on the subject.
I think it's fascinating to those who want to "know" but have never been able to freely ask questions. A drop dead gorgeous, talented man with major personality who draws people like a magnet ...

That interview was wonderful. Adam sounds delicious on the radio. His speaking voice is so gentle and soothing. His accent sounds really beautiful and easy to understand to my ear, not having English as my native language. Is it the same to Americans as well?

The promotional focus right now is on the album. They will transition to the single next -- I expect that to start this week. NCOE does not impact radio until 5/28/12.
This is a very deliberate, very well planned promotion. I am quite impressed.

I thought it was good interview. Adam was his usual articulate and interesting self. Today I was at a Dollar type store and I talked myself into buying some yellow and black nail polish. My thought was....I will not wear a whole hand of these colors but I think I could do each of my little pinkies with the yellow base and a black stripe or something. This I'd wear to an Adam concert. It is not like me to do something like this but....what the heck....it's for Adam! (Using Chapf's gif!)

I love NPR, it's my radio station of choice whenever I am driving. (Except recently when I blast Trespassing CD- car copy . Even though the interview was short, it covered enough bases so that Adam's intelligence and talent were apparent to the casual listener. Maybe I am making assumptions, but I believe that the demographic of NPR listeners tends to be more liberal, open minded and educated. I am hoping that they give Adam some consideration and hopefully make a purchase.

Good job on the NPR interview, Adam! I turned on the radio at the exact moment that Adam was being introduced. Not sure how I did that -- I'm usually late for everything. But I thought it was perfect. I'm only an occasional NPR listener, but there are a LOT of regular NPR listeners in my life -- friends and family -- and I'm hoping some of them caught this. I didn't promote it because my promotional efforts regarding Adam were starting to have the opposite effect. But with luck a few of them heard it and were at least slightly intrigued.
